By itself, ehhh, not a big deal, but it is constant stuff like this (see below) that permeates the MTT side of WPN and instead of growing the site, causes people to flee as fast as they came. They have not even made the simplest change to the lobbies that allow you to friggin see more than ONE tournament lobby at a time or to reasonably read the entire payout structure of a tournament or satellite. I mean how tough is it? This is their business we are talking about. I have pushed you guys (WPN, Americas Cardroom, Black Chip Poker) so hard for others to play for such a long time when this enterprise started up, I hate to have to eat my words as people I talked into playing leave in droves for Bovada or just give up Online Poker in the US entirely.

Yes, but you have to access it from the poker client and can't get to it from the website or mobile or anything.

i uninstalled bcp, removed the bcp folder in the C: drive, then redownloaded and reinstalled. Tables needing action are now popping up, but they don't make a sound, unless they already had focus. Any way to get a sound alert when a table needs action?

I just tried to sign up and make my first deposit via VISA and it was declined by my bank for fraud. They said the company is billing out of China and there was nothing they could do about it? Seems a lot of people use this site, looks to be legit? Any reason this may have happened?

Your card may not have been set up for international transactions or the issuer simply may not allow the transactions ever.

The guy on the phone insisted it was VISA blocking it not the bank, so I told him try to remove it anyway and I tired again and my money went in. Up 10% so far.

Any official BCP / WPN statements on the alleged (Swedish) bots? A couple threads indicate several players are suspicious and have reported the activity / players that caused the suspicion. However, I have yet to see any official comments pertaining to an investigation or acknowledgement of these reports. It cannot be best to take a Full Tilt approach and just simply ignore all the rumors until the point its found the company is insolvent and the rumors true.

So are there / will there be any official statements regarding these complaints?

First of all, Black Chip has been great to me when they were at the Merge Network. Ever since they went to WPN I haven't played due to the high rake and software. I cashed out at BCP at Merge many times, they have a copy of my ID and all my info. Now they are asking for it again, so okay fine. I used the same copy and ID I sent them before at Merge, and they said they can't see it. I've taken another picture, etc. Still they say the same thing. I don't know what else I can do to cash out. I've sent my ID THREE TIMES, I've faxed my verification form or whatever TWICE, and my utility bill TWICE. Apparently they have never been received. What can I do? I kind of get the feeling that since I haven't actively played in WPN they are black balling me.

Firstly, please note that the rake on WPN is the same as it is on Merge, so I don't understand your reference to "high rake."

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've been having. Merge used to provide banking, now it's provided by WPN, hence the need to re-verify everyone as the verification documents were not sent from merge to WPN when we moved network.

Most people have been verified without incident or inconvenience. Given the problems you've had, please can you send the above explanation (your original post) along with your documents to vip@blackchippoker.eu and ask Louisa to help you get your account certified. She will check the image quality, and help you get a clearer version if necessary.

If you have any other problems we can help with please include them in the email to vip support.

This isn't something that's in our control, but if I can get a statement from WPN, I will post it here.

The rake is the same but the Beast take and BBJ take make it much worse. Unless this was changed recently this all ads up to way more. Beast BBJ rake....its all the same to me

Mucked cards are not shown on WPN. One of the weirdest things to get used to coming from any other major online site. It can make getting reads quite a bit harder. I wish they would implement it just like most other major sites where the cards are mucked in the client but if you want you can check the HH (most tracking software automatically checks it and overlays a graphic in real time) .

That being said, this is prolly the last on a huge list of things needed to be fixed on WPN. Software, Beast / BBJ sustainability (not a very well liked promotion basically redistributing the extra rake to a few select multitable grinders) , and Bot rumors are just a few on my list that have priority over mucked cards. The software update is months overdue... (years if you ask some)

Correct. We are close to having an internal version with parsing (importing) support for our alpha testers. It will not be ready for our next public release which is due out soon but hopefully the 2nd release from now will have parsing support for end users. Once we get parsing support released and have the major parsing issues resolved from the first release we will begin work on the hud/replayer support.

Why fix something that is not broken? Try to get to see mucked cards each hand at a live poker table, I am sure you will make many new best friends.

Just posting to say my store item that was ordered on March 7 was shipped today and should be in my hands sometime late next week. So about 7 weeks total. Not great but seems pretty standard. BCP updated my order with an email every step of the way though which was nice.

Thanks for the feedback. I know WPN are working on getting the delivery timeframes down as much as possible, so hopefully we will see some results in this area over the coming months.
