this must of been what happened. I'm pretty pissed off as support just gave me the run around and is basically blaming pokertracker 4.

We would like to provide you some information what can be causing this problem in your computer or internet connection, so this will not happen again in the future, and you will have the chance to play in the same way than the rest of our players.
Just for you to know, any web site works with internet packages coming and going from servers to the clients computers and vice versa, so if there is any delay or blockage on the way, the information will not display on any computer, now our software is a very heavy one, and will have that behavior if:

The player Computer RAM is compromise or the internet connection is slow.
Or:

• Don’t use any wireless internet connection.
• Do not play or have any other web site open simultaneously while you are playing tournaments.
• Try not to have too many poker tables opened while playing tournaments.
• Please make sure your pop up blocker is enabling.
• Try your best to use any other internet browser than Internet explorer, since IE is giving issues.
• Try not to play if your internet connection is slow.
• Do not use any poker software tool.
• If your computer was turned on for a long period of time is better to restart it or manually delete any cookies stored.
•Make sure you have the latest Adobe reader Flash player.

This is pretty concerning... I clicked cashier and then clicked the live chat button and someone else's name and email address were filled in where my information should be. How and why am I able to see another player's information?

Happened to me more than once and ive seen other posts itt about that.Not sure what explanations been given though.

Yeah, pretty unacceptable imo. I just saw the information (full name/email address) of someone posting ITT. It may not be a huge deal but just the fact that a mix-up like this can happen is quite alarming.

are there many ROW players still here since the move from Merge -> WPN? The software/traffic isn't quite as good, so what reasons are you still here? Is the debit card for quicker cashouts enough for you?

only american site u can play on - but it just tilts me so much to play there. The fact that I lost this $24 with out being able to play - and support doing nothing about it just baffles me. The site basically ATE my money..... I cashed out most of my $$$

At one point I had close to $1,500 on there - now I have like $200 after multiple cash outs. At least they are fast at sending you checks

Yeah, it has happened very rarely for me, but I can confirm at least once in the last few weeks I had multiple MTTs that I had registered for in advance, and while playing 1 or 2 others at the time, did not realize that one of the advance sign-ups did not open up. Just was lucky I noticed it on my own sometime before I was blinded off a ton.

What price is bcp selling for on here and how are withdrawls wu and checks thanx?

I'm a ROW player and I play here, and all of the top 4 US facing networks. The reason is game quality.

I signed up at bcp about 2 weeks ago because I'm sick of locks lagging payouts. I emailed support to request rakebake also 2 weeks ago. I have heard nothing back from them. I have been waiting to deposit until my rakeback is set up. Is there a way to tell if they set me up with rakeback and maybe never emailed me?
