I've been told the store is working now. Please try emptying your cache, then restarting your browser and the poker client, and testing it again.

mine starts to lag as well at like 28-32 tables and my computer is pretty beast, turn it off and it works okay again

at 8 i get to watch as the NUTS on 1 of my tables folds or checks whil im waiting for the 10 sec freeze to be over until i can act again and once that happens i get to go and click on a bunch of diff windows to get going a gain.Ughh!

I have been dealing with a bounced check issue for over a week now and stil havent received the money after sending in all forms of proof just delay after delay just to receive this last email...

As far as we are aware there are no plans to offer WSOP satellites.

My only real issue is why am I being forced to wait until they find where the money went... Thats not my fault... I proved that the check bounced and that should be when im sent what Im owed. Not sitting here waiting and not knowing if its going to be tomorrow or in a month when they find where the money is. ABSURD!

Can we get some new information on the upgrade? Because it really feels like we are just getting strung along, and that we aren't going to see it for a while to come, even though we had an ETA of a couple of months a while back. It just doesn't make sense that we have to wait for a major upgrade to take care of some of the relatively small, yet frustrating, problems that should/could be fixed with smaller and more regular updates.

this. I deposited with hopes of a software fix. any decent software company should have maintenance as a priority. obviously you guys don't.

Cant u guys just be happy that theres no segragation,no cash out problems and its the softest site available to US players right now?
Just think about for a sec.Youre in good shape here,bad software or not.

Hey, I went to deposit onto the site again for the first time in a month or so, and now when I attempt to deposit the form requires me to enter the last 4 digits of my SSN. This field was never present the previous times I deposited. Has anyone else that deposited recently have to enter the last 4 digits of their SSN aswell? I'm just curious to why we have to do that now, as it's quite sensitive information.

What are you guys doing about the Swedish bots that are currently playing on your site? One of them just won the BBJ. Another one the jackpot sometime in February. I discussed this on another forum and it appears that Winning Poker Network is ignoring this problem.

These group of players was brought up in the True Poker thread ten months ago. Since then nothing was done. Several players even wrote about this group of players to support and still nothing was done.

I would post this in the ACR or True thread ,the skin I play on,but it seems like they don't answer question often and it seems the Black Chip Rep is the best person for this problem.

This problem is seriously a joke. I will likely start a thread directly to regarding this as the network is either ignoring the problem in order to generate traffic promotions, like The Beast which seem to be in line with this school of though or they are a part of it, which is far fetched but a possibly I suppose.

Honestly no. While I'm glad that cashouts are fast, and that there isn't any of that fair play nonsense happening here, I also don't think it's too much to ask for the site to work on improving itself in the best interest of the players, and to be willing to discuss that process with the players.

The frustrating part is that the majority of the things that are hampering the site do not seem like difficult issues to fix. Yet, it just seems they don't really care to make those changes. Instead, continually citing "we are working on a major upgrade". IMO a big complete upgrade shouldn't really be the priority when you have so many simpler, yet obtrusive, problems that could be fixed relatively quickly and would improve the quality of the site immensely. Fix those issues, then do whatever you have planned for the upgrade. Is it wrong to even ask why this isn't what's happening? Why we must continue to deal with not having an auto-timebank, having obtrusive popups, difficult to understand and navigate to tournament lobbies, etc, when these are the issues that most every player in this thread points to?

That is an assumption on your part and not correct.

What if the major upgrade requires a different coding and eases up the process to improve the site dramatically once it is implemented?

What makes you think they are bots? can you link me the thread of the accusations?

Wrong... I have been dealing with a bounced check issue for far to long now... I have sent in everything proving it was on there end and am still being told I have to wait untill they find the money before refunding me... This is getting pretty stupid now and its been over a week since I have proved myself and still NO REFUND...

No explinations or nothing ... Just huge angle shoots on how I have to wait on support...

FIGURE IT OUT AND GIVE ME MY *#$&#*@ MONEY!

i've heard of this happening on the credit/debit card side of things to verify that it is your account - ie a security check.

i believe you have to have sent in your verification docs (id, utility bill, and fill out that one form)

on second thought, i'm not sure if you can send transfers without being verified, and then then verification is only for cashouts. so i could be wrong on this. either way, verification is useful

I'll create a thread on here after I get done with work and can get to my database.

A few things of the list that is very long is they have the same hud stats and not just VPIP _ PRF_3bet basically the same stats for a detailed hud. They all make consistent bet sizing, never time out, never wait on waiting lists, never play more than two on one table, never chat, do not play on CAP tables and stuff of that nature. The list goes on and on.
