Yeh and the other annoying part about that is only 1 lobby opens at any one time. Thats pretty un-cool for someone who mass-tables and has a few deep runs at any given time. Half the time I have no clue if i'm in the money or not, particularly with satties it is super awful not knowing when the bubble is since that affects play drastically.

+1

A great feature would be is listing *place/players remaining/#players paid* on each table if making seperate lobbies is too much for them

I actually like the players that are attracted to the CAP tables. why not give them the option? If you don't like CAP tables, you can always join regular ones. The way I see it variety is good for the games.

They are attracted because they aren't aware enough not to be --> by virtue of that, if they were taken away, they would go elsewhere (i.e. deep games where I, and a couple of other regs can take all of their money).

I can understand that. However, I think some of these players would play lower at a regular table then they would at a CAP one. Maybe I give them too much credit, dunno...

CAP game is better for the house. You hit max rake with little chance for big profit per hand so its BAD for players not just a variety thing.

I've mentioned this very thing in this thread before as well...when you hit lobby at your table it SHOULD take you to that tournament's lobby, not the main lobby, or at least have a "main lobby" button as well. It only seems logical to do so... but I digress...

been using the F1-F3 hot keys since i joined the site a few days ago.

just clicked a table on the right side of my screen to make sure the hotkeys were active there and hit F3 to "raise " on my action... nothing happened... then to my surprise i looked over at a table on the left side of my screen and i'd just gone all-in.

bye bye one buy-in. won't be using those anymore.

very irritating... so far Store won't load, and hot keys just cost me a buy-in. my stay isn't looking too promising here. :-(

It will be included in the major software upgrade that is in the works from what has been posted ITT by the Rep, no time frame though.

Try deleting the cache of your Internet Explorer and try again to launch the software after that, usually does the trick for me on WPN.

BCP Rep.

can you address the VIP store issues, and let us know when it may be back up and running?

Not only horrible that one lobby opens at a time as mentioned above, but many times it takes multiple clicks to open a lobby for it actually to appear on your screen.

Can't tell you how many times I get, "please wait...taking you to tournament" and then after a few seconds no lobby shows up and you need to click one or two more times to actually get one lobby up

Can someone please explain why the 30 min wait was removed that kept you from leaving the table and immediately buying back in for less was removed??? Players are now going up a buy in, leaving, and coming back 10 seconds later and buying in for less all the time. Not sure if applies in NLHE games but as of yesterday you are able to do this in PLO games

hi guys, we are collecting Winning Network hand histories to help HEM do some testing.

we need as many hands as you can send from as many different game-types as possible (nl, lhe, lo8, plo, mtt, sng, kittens, etc etc) so HEM can test against those hands. Please email them to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and put "ticket HM-1371" in the subject line.

if you use PT, here are instructions on how to find the hhs on your computer:

in PT3, choose Import from the top tab, then Auto Import. may have to click on Winning Network or whatever site on the left - i'm not sure if that matters. it's there again on the Preferences tab. it says Processed Files and 'move processed files to...' and here is a screenshot of it as well: http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/9679/pt3screenshot.png

in PT4, have 'Play Poker' selected at the top. then you need to select the poker room on the left - Winning Poker Network. then hit the 'configure' button, then from the 'import configuration box that pops up, hit the 'preferences' tab. here is a screenshot of it as well: http://img825.imageshack.us/img825/5...creenshotb.png

just attach all those hh files that you find to an email and ship it off to HEM! gogogo and thanks in advance!

BTW there may be a way to find out in the WPN poker client where it saves the HHs to your computer, but I couldn't find it. If someone knows that please post it as it'll be another way to find the HHs. remember, we need the raw HHs, before PT has processed them, so just doing a PT export won't work.

PS. thanks to poster RedHot for the technical help.
bump - guys please send in those HHs!

I finally figured out why BCP lags when I play more then 8 tables. PT4 is a crappy software and I guess cant support all the tables. When I close PT4 the software runs fine.

PT3 works just fine... have you checked the very extensive Poker Tracker Forums for help?

hmmm I consider my comp pretty good, 8gm ram quad core processor, it's a bit old but I used to play 24 tables easily on PS with pandora and a bunch of internet tabs open. Could be the porn tho...

Same answer...

PT3 works just fine... have you checked the very extensive Poker Tracker Forums for help? If not, perhaps you could start a thread and alert them to this problem (which others have experienced as well) so that it can be addressed? They will likely ask you to run a session with logging enabled and send it to them...

I have PT4 not PT3 not sure if you are deliberately doing that or not. But thank you and yes I'll do the logging if necessary.

They were two separate things.

1) PT3 works just fine
2) Have you tried looking at their support forums?

Have you looked at PT forums and found this performance tuning guide perhaps?

https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/...mmended-method

Let us know if you try the guide... successful or unsuccessful, it would be good information for the community.

Im having the same problem w/PT4 as well.Every other site runs fine upto 16 tables for me BUT w/BCP it starts lagging bad at 6+ tables.
Ive enabled logging and sent to PT4 and they find nothing wrong.

Has to be the software.
Kahn-Do you play alot of tables on BCP w/out any extreme slowdown?

I cant figure it out.
