I REALLY hope someone is addressing this on BCP's end if true. This should never ever happen and is a little scary if there is that kind of negligence.

Thank you! So I guess if you have a funky number of points - and you wanna turn them all into TBs - you keep purchasing tickets at the highest "tourney ticket tier" available, until you cannot buy any ticket anymore (not even the cheapest one which is worth ~$5).

That way you will be left with no more than $5 worth of PPs.

Sorry for double posting but if I may make a suggestion for the BCP rep:

Since you removed PPs for RB customers you may consider adding a temporary PP converter, that turns PPs directly into TBs. This is to make sure that no one misses any value on their left over PPs.

I know for a fact that this will benefit microstakes players. For example, I have a lot of students at microstakes which count every dollar in their BR very highly, and would be really happy with a change like that.

I hope that makes sense!

Winning Network players - we need your help!

hi guys, we are collecting Winning Network hand histories to help HEM do some testing.

we need as many hands as you can send from as many different game-types as possible (nl, lhe, lo8, plo, mtt, sng, kittens, etc etc) so HEM can test against those hands. Please email them to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and put "ticket HM-1371" in the subject line.

if you use PT, here are instructions on how to find the hhs on your computer:

in PT3, choose Import from the top tab, then Auto Import. may have to click on Winning Network or whatever site on the left - i'm not sure if that matters. it's there again on the Preferences tab. it says Processed Files and 'move processed files to...' and here is a screenshot of it as well: http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/9679/pt3screenshot.png

in PT4, have 'Play Poker' selected at the top. then you need to select the poker room on the left - Winning Poker Network. then hit the 'configure' button, then from the 'import configuration box that pops up, hit the 'preferences' tab. here is a screenshot of it as well: http://img825.imageshack.us/img825/5...creenshotb.png

just attach all those hh files that you find to an email and ship it off to HEM! gogogo and thanks in advance!

BTW there may be a way to find out in the WPN poker client where it saves the HHs to your computer, but I couldn't find it. If someone knows that please post it as it'll be another way to find the HHs. remember, we need the raw HHs, before PT has processed them, so just doing a PT export won't work.

This, still haven't been able to access the store for about the last three days now. I have also c/p it into google chrome and still have had no luck loading it

when transferring funds, does the receiver need to play/pay rake before cashing out (even if their account is verified)?

They dont have any set play thru cashout requirements for p2p funds BUT you cant just recieve a transfer and withdraw it.

The rep has made it clear that is not acceptable.
You just need to play and try not to makew it look like funds are being washed and or used to pay other bills thru BCP

Hi all,

Many WPN websites have been affected by a server issue and they are gradually getting them all back online as quickly as possible. Many sites were affected and many have been restored, but it will probably take at least another 2-3 working days to get them all fixed, so please be patient. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I think I'm officially done with this piece of **** site, sorry for my language. I had the auto "add on" button selected and I'm already short due to losing my all in as a fav (but w/e) and everyone but me and another short stack of about the same amount gets their add on...so I talk to support, he barely talks to me about 5 mins between each response and then I get this utterly bull**** response. All the while I'm trying not to go all in with my pathetic stack in hopes of actually getting my add on, and I end up busting after the lackluster news support gives me.

More money down the ****ing drain dealing with this bull**** site. I'M DONE. Anyone know of a BETTER site for US players that don't have to put up with **** software and shady ass support? I need to transfer my bankroll asap. I hope others who are considering BCP read my replies all throughout this thread. I had nothing good words for them when I first joined and it's been downhill from there.

The customer service guy didn't even respond to my questions after his stupid explanation! He just left my window in suspense. GOOD WORK BCP!

last week i cashed out all but $70 - but ya it's pretty bad - needs a software update asap.

I managed to get some of the $$$ back but i'm still not happy with it.

Trevor (if that's your real name )...not a tournament player so take it for what it's worth... but I think there's way more serious issues showing up in your mail than some add-on.

Fraggle reports getting some guys CC number in the chat, you are given a false identity altogether, support (or alternatively, the tech department) doesn't understand what R/A means in the tournament name...

BlackChipRep, could you please explain the above in a way that I feel safe keeping my money on the site?

Is it advantageous for BCP to have all the CAP/SHORT cash tables vice the normal full buy-in tables? I guess I can see it catering to recreational players who aren't comfortable with full buy-ins, however there aren't a lot of those on the site at 50nl+...

Another issue that is really tilting and would probably be really easy to fix is when you are at your mtt table and you click the lobby button, and instead of taking you to the lobby of your tournament it takes you to the main lobby for the all tournaments then you have to manually search out the the tourney you are in to find the lobby if you are interested in seeing the payouts, numbers of players etc..
