i think i'm having similar problems but with the Store (IE keeps timing out). i talked to a rep on Live Chat and he couldn't seem to solve it for me.

what browser are you using when you c/p the URL?

i'm getting the same outcome using chrome...

NEED SOFTWARE UPDATE ASAP. This software is so tilting i just start spewing money after i get timed out 10 times and disconnected from random tables. It's ridiculous for a network to run the beast, a multitabling promo and then make multitabling as hard as possible.Need to remove the you have been timed out pop up which causes you to time out of everything and enable a auto timebank.

that's correct, I think like 315 points something in that range you can get $5.50 in TB and so on

you can also buy in quantities like if you have 750 points you can buy it times two and get $11.00 in TB, I think they go higher haven't checked in a while

So i went on chat to see about why the store isn't loading.

The first thing the rep typed into chat was this.

bcp-XXXXXXXX ( someone elses user name )

followed by

####-####-####-#### ( someones credit card number )

I was like... ummmm... wtf and closed the chat window

I buy tourney buck for for XXXplayer points (i forget) and get $215 tourn bucks.
When u use them the balance is lowered in ur balance like its cash.Def not tourn tickets.Just like cash but tourney bucks.Seperate balance in ur wallet for it.

I have a serious question about traffic.Was actually thinking of making deposit on BCP but than i looked at the lobby and from what i undarstand right now there is almost no tournaments and sit and go running less than 10 plo tables and some(not too many) NL tables. so my question is if i want to play on BCP is no limit cash basically my only option? or what do you guys play(3 card poker)? It shows about 5600 players online and don't even know where that number comes from

Basically it depends on what stakes u want to play.Omaha is hit or miss but when the games are going theyre good.

You made an error while putting up the new HU tables. 400nl HU only has SHORT tables, no regular tables. 3/6, 5/10++ all have short and normal tables, again, 400 is the only one that doesnt.
