While players participating at Hold'em jackpot tables automatically contribute a fee to feed the Bad Beat Jackpot in addition to The Beast, Harris notes that no Bad Beat Jackpot fee will be collected from Omaha tables.

This begs the question... will the same "BBJ drop" amount be taken and ALL of it go towards "The Beast" or will just the portion that is typically "Beast Rake" go into the beast?

I late reg'd and they took my money only to be greeted by a frozen table. Another player at the table told me it had been frozen for last 10 minutes before I reg'd. So nice of BCP to accept my money for a frozen MTT. Ridiculous.

I doubt the hu tables are Beast/BBJ raked. I think 4 players must be dealt into pot. From BCP site:

Is there a way to leave the table without getting the super annoying " Are you sure?" popup

Or how about the pop up after you get timed out?

is there a way to filer tables by stakes and is there a way to not have your main client minimize every time you open up a new table?

Only by "high" "medium" "low" -- one can not actually enter limits to filter by unfortunately

Is there a separate beast prize pool for Omaha and Holdem tables? If not, I don't see the Omaha players standing a chance.

Jackpot Fee

Every Hold’em table marked “JP” in brackets or Omaha table marked “Beast” in brackets that has a minimum of 4 players dealt into the pot; a Jackpot Fee will be taken from the pot and fed to The Beast and/or the BadBeat.
On Stakes $1.00/$2.00 and lower the Jackpot Fee is $0.25; $0.17 to feed The Beast, $0.13 is then contributed towards the Cash Race and $0.04 is contributed to the Tournament Race. The additional $0.08 are taken to feed the Bad Beat Jackpot (no BBJ fee is collected in Omaha tables).
On Stakes $2.00/$4.00 and higher the Jackpot Fee is $0.50; $0.17 to feed The Beast, $0.13 is then contributed towards the Cash Race and $0.04 is contributed to the Tournament Race. The additional $0.33 are taken to feed the Bad Beat Jackpot (no BBJ fee is collected in Omaha tables).

• The qualifying period for The Beast competition runs from the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 ET to the last day of the same calendar month at 23:59 ET.
• Every player who ranks on The Beast leaderboard automatically competes for BOTH the cash prize and the tournament prize.
• Only Hold’em marked with “JP” in brackets and Omaha tables marked with “Beast” in brackets qualify for The Beast.

• All jackpot contributions have a 10% fee.

The burden of proof to prove that they won the Beast in a fair manner, will fall solely upon the player. Players must participate in a Beast Live (either live or private, but viewable by the House) in the following month AND must be able to replicate the same conditions, on their own, in which they achieved their status in the previous month. Until a player proves themselves beyond a reasonable doubt, that they are not cheating, players will not receive their winnings from the previous month.
• If a player is found to be cheating/involved in team-play, they will be dealt with in the strictest manner possible, including forfeiture of their Beast Winnings and compensation to other players within the Beast.

Ariolis, do you have any idea how much you are paying in rake towards the Beast, versus how much you are getting back from it? Like at what point the money made back from the Beast offsets the money you are putting towards it by playing?

And yeah, for a brief second today I was like "ya know what **** MamaCoolJ, I'm gonna grind a ****load this month". Then like 3 hours later he had like triple the number of points I had already, I decided maybe I can get a top 20. I just don't see how you guys play so many tables unless you have an auto-timebank program that I'm missing out on. My crappy processor starts hurting at like 14 tables, and I start timing out due to no timebank. Sucks.

I wish I could answer that put i know i paid like a lil over 2k in rake last month if that helps any.
But mamacoolj i dont know how he does it but i prolly timed out today more then any time ever in my life. I think I went over 20 tables not too sure or I was right at 20 it was hard to count. Be patient the auto time bank will come!!

Meh. I'm becoming convinced the programmers either don't give a **** or are incompetent. It really shouldn't take any real effort to set timebank to activated when it appears, and should have been done long ago. We probably won't see it until the software upgrade that won't be for a while. I mean they have time to add Omaha tables to the Beast, and supposedly are working on things, but can't set timebank to automatically activate? Pretty discouraging honestly.

Do you happen to have a rake stat for PT that accounts for the Beast/BBJ drop? I can't figure out how to go about making one that takes into account the promo drop.

So you finished 9th and only made ~$400 more than you paid in? Maybe with the VIP system too that's not too bad of earnings if you didn't get smashed at the tables. I get murdered anytime I play more than 12 tables with the software. Loading them up is a nightmare too since I have to manually move my HUD on every table. I can't believe they struggle so much with implementing Auto Time bank and Preferred seating.
