where can I find a list of all the tournaments for which I have registered?

I don´t think I´m exagerating at all. I find the new software heavier and laggier than the one. Plus the use of the mini mode was a huge asset on my multitable skills on this network.

Sure thing. when sitting down at a table the time bank is not active you have to manually activate it. This is just time consuming.

Is anyone else having trouble depositing?

When I try to use the cash transfer option nothing happens when I hit submit, no confirmation, no e-mail, just resets the page.

In the carbon thread someone says they can't deposit via credit card either so I am assuming this is a merge issue?

Lobby fixes:
1) make each game accessible from the lobby like pokerstars has. Tab for hold em/omaha/tourneys/stud/etc
2) make the tables that we are seated at purple (or w/e color that will stand out) I'm just going with what ftp used to have.
3) make tables we are on wait lists for red (or w/e other color you may think of)
4) get rid of the guaranteed tournaments list on the left as has been mentioned by millions of others.
5) make it so we can just click on the table and view everyone at the table on the right like in old version and be able to scroll down through the lobby quickly.
6) option to save your "favorite games" or w/e you want to call them or be able to have the filter saved for next time.
7) make filters be able to be set to only one buy in also.
I think the little chip showing what tables we are is better than nothing for sure and people will appreciate it but being able to see the tables color code will def be a step forward imo.

Table fixes:
1) I like where you guys were heading with the whole player box color but I think a much better option would be to have a ring around the box. And maybe get rid of the chip on the table itself but just have a solid chip of w/e color the ring is in the lobby so we can table select easier, or make their sn that color or w/e someone else may want to come up with. The tags right now are absolutely terrible, before I could easily tell who was a fish and who was a reg now I can hardly tell the difference between colors and I'm playing on a 30" screen with a good resolution. I can't imagine how people on laptops feel.
2) I don't have the time to right click and look around when I'm mass tabling. +1 to bringing back double click.
3) Make the damn buttons BIGGER.
4) hire Fozzy to do your graphics. Or look at some of his designs and stuff to make the cards/chips/button look better. The button should def be some other color than white.

Software Fixes:
1) Fix the button issue when someone sits in and sits out same person should not get button twice.
2) Everyone should start with at least a 30 second time bank upon joining the table. It's ridiculous for that not to happen. I would go as far as to say 120 seconds but at least 30 will do.
3) Get rid of these fruity colorful stars and ****, or give us an option of having no avatar so there is more room for the hud.

Overall I would say this upgrade has potential however the way it has been brought on was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. You should ask your players what they want implemented, what they want fixed, etc. There was no reason to just make all of these changes just to waste all of our time, lose some players in the process and spend more time fixing them. Whoever has came up with these designs has never multi tabled before because it is not convenient for a multi tabler at all and thats who you guys are mainly making money off. So next time ASK the PLAYERS and beta test before releasing any updates and all of this could have been avoided.

Anyone having trouble with browser functions (cashier, transfers, etc) in the new poker client, please read on... This has helped many players, so please persevere and follow the steps one at a time - this should take no more than 20 minutes. Please try the following –

1. First close the poker client;
2. Empty cache and temp internet files from all browsers you use, especially your default browser;
3. Visit http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ download and install the latest version of QuickTime, make sure it installs!;
4. Close all browsers;
5. Restart your computer;
6. Open the poker client;
7. Test the cashier.

If that does not help, please email us a screenshot/screengrab/description of the error you are seeing. Thanks again for your patience. emails can be sent to vip@blackchippoker.eu.

Merge just emailed to confirm this will be fixed sometime next week. Hopefully early in the week. They are aware of all the suggestions being made.

Hi my name is AL, I have emailed support 3 times, it has been over 4 hours not one response!!!! Having problems depositing for first time, clerk made a mistake on WU senders name, because i share my WU account with another family member, I tried to make deposit, error msg direct me to email support, i did... Realized the problem after looking over receipt, went back to WU office and changed senders name to match requested senders name who is me, tried putting mtcn after came back home but kept telling me to email support.... please help me out and look into this problem, also please dont forget the bonus code i have used to deposit BCP750, which matches amount sent!!! dont want to use my BCP acc. name on this post so if you look into support emails you will find many emails i have sent, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!

I had bad experience with LOCK on separation process from merge network, lost funds and posted that to them under tags errors and problems with lock site, no response!!!!! DAY they merged software was so bad were they had no right no open site to players!!!!! They should do something about that!!! not fair!!!! I played 2 events 30R and 10R at 4pm on opening day but had serious problems, first that i late reg where had to buy in re buy and add on, value of $120+ both events, because barely made it before first break in both events.. After break was over events resumed, when it was my turn for action to be made, i realized i have NO CARDS!!!!!! didnt realize it right away was complaining to my friends how bad the software is and how lock had no right to open the network with all the errors!!!!!! Again sorry to post my nonsense and thank you for reading!!!!!

I posted in Lock threads when lock separated from merge and opened for public to play, i am sure the post is still there with the whole story what happened!!!! I have to learn how to type, STILL TYPE WITH 2 POINT FINGERS!!!!!!
