I decided to try a new site 64spades poker. Software seemed nice, with mobile functionality. Well with the demise of JOA poker I contacted them to make sure they weren't affiliated with JOA in any way because I noticed a lot of there players were ex JOA players and affiliates seemed strange.

After taking thier word they were legit I begin depositing and soon after I noticed something wrong in the way the cards were dealt. Flop straight, nut flush bet the hell out of it and get called down monster bets and lose to runner runner. So learned quick don't be afraid to stay in for runner runner and gut shots if you flop the nuts might as well fold. Playing Omaha big pre flop raise I got akqq doubled suited 4 stay in bam flop q74 rainbow no threat make a nice bet 100.00+ get reraised all in, well I got the nuts no big threat easy money. 2 call 1 has I'm and some small cards, other has 7729 rainbow so he flopped middle set turns quad 7s. I lose, now why would anyone re-raise that garbage pre-flop and keep raising it? In the end pot was 700.00+

So I had a few drinks and was steaming I made some comments on 64spades about how i felt the cards were dealt and i did add this is my opinion. So 64spades admin blocks me on Facebook and messenger. I send a email apologizing they continue to ignore me so I send a private message on there website asking to terminate my account because they would not respond to me.

Well it's a soft site I've taken 20 and ran up to 400.00 playing some of the worst hands ever in the matter of a few hours. Then I would enter the 30+2 2k rebuy with only 15 player or math didn't make sense how they could cover the prize pool.

First hand I sit down to KK and in no time someone puts me all in I'm up against JJ and AA I lose to AA, expected. Next hand I get QQ I'm beat but A6 who put me all in. Now this could be a coincidence maybe. But in 2 hands I've rebought twice plus my entry so I'm in for about 100.00. With first prize being about 600.00 math don't make sense I throw in the towel.

I continue to deposit so I figure should get my account verified so I can withdraw next time I'm up. Should take about 72hrs. Previous to this I had sent a email to admin since it was the only way I could communicate apologizing for my comments and told them I would continue to support and deposit on there site. Nothing crickets. After maybe 5 emails I get a response. "Apologize must have missed you emails... sent from I phone" so they saw them every time they came in and choose not to respond.

But yet they continued to accept my money but there was no way I could ever get it out without account verification. Today marks about a week before posting this I gave them many opportunities to verify my account i had made no bashing comments at all and they still continued to ignore me.

Many things about the site bother me like how it shows your hand, flop, river, turn, in letter and number form almost 2 seconds before the cards hit the board. And sucker bets like run it twice and straddle. But it wasn't enough to stop playing as I figured something out cause I was making many final tables and cashing and could run 20 up quick at the cash tables.

It was there lack of care l, I supported the site and deposited a good chunk of change and got the cold shoulder. How can you take a players money but not give them what they need to withdraw? This is the problem with these new rooms and unregulated poker in the USA these rooms don't like you all business ethics are thrown out and they are free to do what ever they want.

I for one would never recommend this site to anyone , soley based on the customer service I was given.with out players there is no 64spades and this is how I'm treated cause I hurt your feelings?
