So i receive this email 5 days ago, login today and no bonus. Contact support and they tell me i'm not eligible because they did not send this email. Anyone else get this?

From my own experience of just playing the freebuys, they do pay out within a day or two.

But expect the bigger tournaments to vanish mid game saving them 1,000s in pay outs like they did with the free-buy main event last time, kerchinnng weeks of publicity and then cancel the $50k main event and no re-run of it, it is just crooked and dishonest.

I mean seriously what kind of company thinks its ok to advertise for weeks and offer $50k and then cancel the promotion and not make an effort to do what it promised, that should tell you about the morals of the people running the show and how safe your money is.

I was thinking of streaming their stuff and joining the affiliate programme if things had improved but when you can't even get a working web page of theirs up, the Warning signals have to be blaring out.

Anyway the software is running on one of my laptops so play time, but having read all the comments here am struggling to understand how they are still in business.

Black chip poker is not paying cash-out! I made my first attempt over 3 weeks to go and they came up with new reasons why they are not paying like (skrill account has different email address, asking for different documents multiple times ) clearly not wanting to pay the cashout and delaying the process. Now since my account is finally verified they are not paying the cashout and give this as a reason : "there is a general delay due to maintenance on our systems". I can not recommend to anyone to play on this site. + the cost of withdrawing seem to be ridicolously high! (if they even pay)

I can't install the software for some strange reason, I had it before but it kept saying my software is out of date and wouldn't open up so I uninstalled and downloaded a new version from the website and not it is stuck on the installation and not installing.

If you have anti-virus software running, that can block the installation.

Hi, i have a strange problem with BCP and HM2.When i run my HM2 he work perfect for 5 mins and then start to slow down my computer and if i dont close HM2 my comp stop working and i need to reset him.Please if someone have the same problem let me know how he is fix it.Thank you

Feels phishy. Im guessing this might have to with my Internet Options > Security settings since BCP has IE integrated into their software right?

Not sure how to fix this. Any tips?


edit: ya I think its some kind of IE security certificate issue. Tried to reinstall with no success, but I installed BCP on a fresh computer, allowed the security certificate, and now I can see my full cashier window in the BCP UI

I made a withdraw a week ago. Nothing has happened and i decided to ask support. They told me that they have a 20 day delay on net wallets. Is this normal?

now i asked again and the time limit was 22days but with the exception that they can speed it up for me. So one day was gone and the limit increased 3 days :/.

I had $275 in my account, played an hour session, lost $17 and now my account is at $200. When I looked at my account and originally saw the $275, I had just closed four tables with about $60 on them. Is there a known issue/bug where money is counted twice ("double-dipped") right after closing tables?
