Bump! Does anyone know the answer to this?

Without it, we are losing a ton of information, not to mention the possibility of collusion. This is pretty serious imo.

I sent in my California I.D. front and back and a utility bill but on my player details it still says documents not requested or something. I also emailed them that same day I faxed it in on the 26th I believe and still haven't heard back to say they received my faxes. Is it hard to get verified am pretty sure I followed the directions right?
I want to deposit in a couples days but I'd feel more comfortable knowing am verified before I do.

Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to see the mucked cards at showdown. I'm hoping this will be fixed on the software update.

live support has been helpful to me but only on basic issues...i actually called the phone number when i was trying to make a deposit, and the guy on the phone sounded like he didn't know where he was, what century it was, what planet we're on, let alone anything about my issue.

check supposdly mailed 12/10 still have yet to receive today is 12/31.going to close my account as soon as i get my money.if i ever get my money.

Thank you. If true this is pretty significant as it could affect the integrity of the games (i.e. games will be open to collusion etc). Hopefully this will be fixed very soon.

It is no glitch that needs to be corrected, it is in fact fully intended.

What do you mean by "intended"? How about collusion? I mean there's a reason why players can ask to see the losing hand at every single cardroom in the world... It protects the integrity of the game.

Why is it that my account @ acr gets a 27% rakeback every wensday and my account at BCP gets no rakeback?

I'm told within a week there should be an upgrade which will fix this, and a number of bugs. It's completely out of our hands, but I know they are treating this with a very high priority.

Its not a huge deal, but I was just wondering what happened to the "real money" link on the BCP website? Specifically, I think it was under that link that there was a page talking about how the player funds are segregated.

It may be a big deal to some people, I thought it was good that that was displayed on the website before, so just wondering why it was taken down?

1. What is the conversion rate of fpps on BCP? I was told earlier it was 56. It is 56 in the TRUE store for TB. I have received 56 each day prior. Support tells/charges me today for 60. I need a second opinion BCR.

2. In a rebuy mtt, why can't you rebuy with a starting stack. why should you have to lose a hand first?

3. Seeing the hole cards at the end of the hand. I suck at poker, but let's just pretend I want to get better by studying in Poker Tracker so I can see what ppl call with and all that good stuff.
