Just downloaded new BCP software for WPN. My account balance of ~260 didn't transfer over. I contacted support and they said:

"this balance was not transferred because merge took your funds because your account was inactive for 180 days."

I received an email from Nathan in October letting me know I had money in my account and I should come back and play. He NEVER mentioend anything about a 180 day rule.

Guess BCP is the 3rd company to steal my money.

I realized that "merge" has the rule, but Nathan from BCP clearly knew that this rule was in place and chose not to mention it in the email.

So pissed right now

You're sure everyone is very busy, so you request a check 3 times? Don't worry, I'm sure everyone requesting the same thing multiple times won't slow them down any further.

Oh my, I wasn't aware Merge had this rule. Hope no one with a big balance gets put in a coma or goes to jail lol.

Any idea how to contact "Merge support".. Seems like BCP is just wiping their hands clean.

I don't know why you're angry. The mistake was corrected and you have your money. Just FYI I've not played on my Carbon account since February and my balance is still in tact.

I have had the same issue and already posted once itt about it, but no one even acknowledged it. I know there are some other big issues that are taking priority, but this seems pretty big to me considering it is one of the cash out methods and some people would like to have the card mailed asap. Just curious about who to email the kyc form.

Hi, if your screen name is longer than 20 characters (including the "bcp-") you wont be able to get into the cashier, but the techs are working frantically to get this fixed ASAP.

According to that email from Nathan you still have 263 in your account. Is that a different number than the 260 that is "missing"? Is Nathan lying to you in that email? Have you tried to log in recently and check your balance?

Sigh....... really? Obviously the guy is posting the email from however long ago when he was told "Hey, you gotz some moniez" to show that they told him the money was there, but didn't mention the 180 day thing Merge used to take his money. C'mon man...

Yeah, I gotta say at first I was glad he was helping people out, answering questions etc.....but the condescending tones and comments are getting out of hand. We understand that a lot of people are posting repeat questions, or asking questions that have already been answered, but that doesn't mean you have a free card to talk to them like they're 4 years old.
