Thanks for the post, please PM me if this does not help...

In order to be able to send larger/more frequent transfers you need to get your account verified. Here's how to get verified...

1. Download the verification form from here.
2. Print the form and complete it by hand be sure to sign at the end. NOTE: If you have registered credit or debit cards with BlackChip you must complete the form once for each card. If you have not registered any cards you can ignore the Credit Card section of the form.
3. Be sure to sign and date the form.
4. Scan/photograph the completed form along with photo ID and the front and back of each card you’ve registered in the BlackChip cashier.
5. Upload all these scans/photographs in the Player Admin/File Upload section, located here (login required). NOTE: Ensure each image is compressed to under 2MB or you will not be able to upload them.
6. Email vip@blackchippoker.eu to inform us you have uploaded your verification documents and that you'd like to be able to send transfers.

You should receive confirmation within around 4-6 hours, after which time you should be able to initiate transfers

Re: ***OFFICIAL BlackChip Poker Thread***

Thanks for all the feedback on the poker client.

Please hold off on sending any more until the launch of version 6.0 next month. Many improvements can be expected.

Once we've launched the new client we'll be happy to take suggestions to put to Merge. I have kept a list of the suggestions made up until this point, and I will send them to Merge for consideration.

My account is already verified. How do I know if I have any limits to transfer? All I could find was the 1 dollar minimum. What's my max?

Re: ***OFFICIAL BlackChip Poker Thread***

I know you said to hold off on other suggestions until the launch, but I've been meaning to post this all day, and just now got the chance. And it's a suggestion that probably isn't that hard to implement.

Some sort of verification when transferring money to help ensure that you are sending to the correct account. Possibly add the account holder's first name, or city, to the "are you sure" screen, much like Stars does. Always quite nervous when transferring money, and having to wonder if maybe the person misspelled their screenname, or I misspelled when entering it.

Prize Draw Periods
18 May – 05 July 2012
06 July – 16 August 2012
17 August – 30 September 2012

*For each 1000 hands you will receive one ticket into the draw. The more hands you play, the more tickets you have and the greater your chance of winning. Your eligible hands will reset at the end of each draw period.

At the end of each period we’ll give away the following:

1 x Punta Cana Pack
2 x New iPads - WiFi 32GB
4 x iPod Touch - 32GB
We are editing this promotion to make it more fair for tournament and SNG players, the middle paragraph should now read:
*For each 1,000 dealt hands or 50 tournaments/SNGs you will receive one ticket into the draw. The more you play, the more tickets you have and the greater your chance of winning. Each player's tally will reset at the end of each draw period. Please note: Freerolls do not contribute.

Just want to say how well this was handled by BCP. This has been resolved and in a very acceptable time compared to most sites that serve US Players. Will do business again!

Re: ***OFFICIAL BlackChip Poker Thread***

Does your site legally operate in the US, or do you just accept American players in the hopes that the DOJ takes no action against you?

Is there any reason why a non-American should or want to play on Black Chip Poker?

Are player funds segregated? If the American government takes action, will that affect non-American player funds?

Do you still offer rakeback deals, if so what %? I have 35% on RPM, can that deal be transferred over?

Any plans to develop a fast moving poker game like Zoom or Rush?

It's debatable whether any site "accepting US players" is "legal". Save this for another thread.

Why not? Plenty of stupid american fish out there willing to waste their money. The merge software is decent enough too.

Play at your own risk in America now a days. No reason to believe they wouldn't continue operating elsewhere in my opinion.

Probably won't be able to transfer your rakeback deal to BCP. No rakeback is offered to new players on Merge anymore.

Any plans to develop a fast moving poker game like Zoom or Rush?

I kind of hope not.

And your location says Canada...wtf?

I'm not sure what is confusing about my location. I am Canadian and I currently 4-table Zoom on PokerStars. I was asking questions to see if there is any advantage or reason why I should should play on merge instead of PokerStars. Thanks for your response above, it is clear to me that non-Americans would have to be mentally retarded to touch that site.

Re: ***OFFICIAL BlackChip Poker Thread***

Thanks for the posts guys. BlackChip player balances are indeed segregated and managed by Merge. We have many non-US players and affiliates and we are striving to continue to build on this. We have enlisted country managers in some regions throughout the world and we will expand this further moving forward. We are also gradually rolling out more languages both for our website, and the poker client, this has been a gradual process, and will continue.

Rakeback isn't currently offered to new players on the network, and at present there's no way to move your rakeback from RPM to BCP, and I cannot see that changing in any major way any time soon.

There's currently no plan that I'm aware of to introduce a Zoom/Rush-style system in the near future. Thanks again.

Re: ***OFFICIAL BlackChip Poker Thread***

ya I'm all for booting off players who are sitting out but it's quite ridiculous on merge. By the time I'm even sat out on all my tables I'm already booted off the first ones I sat out on. Certainly by the time I get back from the bathroom or whatever.

BCP Rep,

Are you familiar with the "buttoning" issue, when 2 players are playing hu, a 3rd person joins the game but never sits in the button gets screwed up the next hand (heads up hand but the BB has position). Any plans on fixing this any time soon?
