Ok, but I seriously doubt I have the tournament IDs still being that the client shut down the sng in the midst of playing. Actually, I don't think there's any way for me to have that. Shouldn't BCP/Merge know the IDs and be able to get me my money back, especially since they presented me with a popup stating this?

Yes, indeed they should. I fully expect they'll be refunded within 24 hours from now, but if you dont get a refund shoot me an email and I'll get them to look into it. No need to include the tournament IDs.

I have a question about the 100k rake chase. Yesterday I played 2 of the Multiplier Tourneys , yet today I'm only seeing a 1.1 multiplier applied.
I am dead money in tourneys anyway and am only playing to boost my rake race pts, so I want to make sure I play the right ones/get credit.

(I played the 18:30 $22, and the 19:15 $33) Maybe one of these is no longer a qualifying tourney? I used the Tourney list from the BCP Promotion page.
Any info/ help is appreciated!

The client goes unresponsive for me at least twice a session. It's horrible. I have to kill the process and reload the software right in the middle of a hand. I pretty much never get back in time to play out the hand. It has cost me money. There's enough variance in the game already Merge....

Just wondering if theres anything in the pipeline to increase ring game traffic. Software is a thousand times better than lock or anyone else on revoultion but tbh the traffic over there is almost triple what is on merge.
