One thing that is kind of annoying as of a few days ago. It might be just me but it takes a long time for me to be able to connect when I boot up the client. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection as I've checked it a few times. When I boot up the client, it stays on the "connecting" screen for a while. I'm talking at least 5 or 6 minutes sometimes. Then it finally gets to where I can log in and put in my password and that takes another minute or two. Kind of annoying but it does finally connect, just takes an eternity.

For the record, I booted up a competing merge skin and it was the same way. The network having problems?

Hi, sounds like it could be something to do with your actual computer more so than the internet connection or the network. I have not heard reports of others having the same issue. If you want to send me the specs for your computer I'll ask one of the techs to take a look and see if they can help you trouble shoot.

Oddly enough, it's not doing it now. Booted up and connected real fast. So nevermind, lol. Not sure what was up. I suppose I do multitask a lot with a lot of different programs and it's possible it just strugged a little with so much running in the background or something. Thanks for your help though.

Any chance for more payout options for US players? I've read of some other skins having WU withdrawal options for some players.

you say in your op that if you play 1k hands you get an entry into the lottery for the prizes. Is there a number of tournaments that get you into the drawing? I currently just play those, as i'm sure some others do so that would be nice.

Hi. Yes, that method is available for withdrawals for some players at BCP too - the same deal at other skins which use the Merge Cashier. Only available for players who have a long (play, deposit and withdrawal) history. They are always working on finding better solutions but it's not as easy as you'd think.

Nice pick-up. Yes, tournaments and SNGs all count aswell. The only ones excluded from contributing to your tally are freerolls.
