Hit cashout on 3/18. Not processed until 3/23, five business days. It's now 4/9 and no check. Contacted support today, and they said the check might take up to 15 business days. I wasn't happy. I have waited 15 days, but they said the 5 that were wasted on their end don't count.

ACR payouts are getting worse.

Try getting the debit card. Cashouts for me take 1 day. No hassle with checks.

The reawrds rab has been showing "Sorry... It's not you. It's Us." Error screen for nearly a week now.

Any ETA on when this will be fixed?

Hey, I deposited via WU a few days ago and although there was a slight mix-up on their part when giving them the info the situation was handled very quickly. Going to withdraw via WU and apply for the debit card, so far I'm pleased with the customer service, hopefully things continue to go as smoothly as they can while we deal with the US online poker issues.

Dacount is an absolute child who's chat should be perma banned. Not even cause of things said to me but for the way he abuses every player telling them how bad they are. He thinks he's gods gift to poker but dosnt understand the concept of not tapping the glass. Man this guy pisses me off as he kills the action from the fish

I feel like the payout structures in MTTs are way too flat.

Take your 118-175 player payouts. 27 get paid. 27!!! First only gets 23%. This is absurdly low imo. There's no reason any more than 18 should get paid. If 180 players enter, twice the amount of players get paid than in a stars 180 man.

Less players getting paid=bigger 1st place=more fiish chasing bigger paydays. Beneficial for everyone.

We have a lot of trustworthy affiliates out there, feel free to do a search and let me know once you sign up to make sure all is ok. Max per deposit via Visa is $250 USD, if you want to deposit more, simply contact our security department and they will ask you to certify your poker account first.

Please close and re-open the client , that should do that trick. If not, report back and we’ll check it out.

All transfers are reviewed by our security department before approved; the timeframe is 24 hours but normally it’s a lot quicker since they’re on top of it and checked every 15 min.

If your netbook doesn't support 1024x768 resolution that could be a problem

Long-time player, just back from a long-time hiatus. It has probably been close to two years since I last played online, and I was looking for a new home, since Stars and FT are now closed to American players.

I've been playing free money for the past couple of hours, testing out the site and regularly tracking the # of players online, as well as SnG activity.

The two things that have me sitting on the fence, as far as depositing money, are:

1) SnG activity seems quite low. As of 6PM EST there are only 5 active tournaments between the $0-5 range. Kinda disappointing, as I used to multi-table at least twice that.
2) The "It is your turn to act" messages seem quite inconsistent. Sometimes the table will just pop up. Sometimes I'll get an audible alert. Sometimes the windowed icon at the bottom will turn blue. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to how I am alerted when my hand is up.

Other than those two issues; the software seems nice; the rate of play seems nice; the layout seems nice. A little more traffic in the SnG realm is my only hesitation. Just my (initial) 2c.

I have done this multiple times over multiple days. No change.

Get on here so I can multi as well! haha. I agree, this is the main issue I run into. ACR Rep said they're working on getting the alerts working a bit better on the last page, stoked for that since I miss em every now and again.

Haha I'm literally like a 'slight nudge' away from going to deposit, but I just can't quite get past the low SnG attendance (though the $0-5 range now has 6 active tables!).

Another feature I would like to see is the "Call" button go red when you are facing a raise.

George does your netbook use 1024x768 res? If not you could try a few graphics work arounds. Here are some links:

Does anyone actually work the phones at this place?

I finally decided to make a deposit. I was alerted online that I needed to contact the customer service phone number "in order for my account to be funded."

Ive been sitting on hold for well over 30 minutes with the 'operator' repeating the statement "Your call is now first in line, and will be answered by the next available representative. Thank you for your patience."

Does anyone, ANYONE actually man the phones? If this is a harbinger of future service, count me out.

Visa. But my issue isn't necessarily the method of deposit. It is the HORRIFICALLY LONG WAIT ON THE TELEPHONE.

You could try their live chat, I've never experienced any delays with that.

Chill bro. I called earlier when I tried to deposit 500 using my visa and they said I needed to call to confirm. They instantly answered my call and were very helpful. You just got a bad draw. Trust me when I say I did my homework and this is the site for U.S players as long as you arnt looking for super high stakes or like 5+ sngs at a time.

Yo Americas card rep you were right about the 250 max deposit on visa. Dude on phone was cool, but told me the only way I could deposit more as a first timer is to use western union although he did say if I put in more then 300 the fees would be waived (aka I would pay like 360 or something total but I would get it all on my account).

Can you confirm there is no way to use my Visa for an initial 400-500 dollar deposit as a first timer?

I also saw some stuff about player to player transactions. I think I noticed that you said one could theoretically use that as an initial deposit method and still get the first timer bonus. Anyone interested in helping me try that out?

I plan to play alot of 10 and then later on 25nl 6 max ring games and 10-20 dollar heads up sit and goes or double up sit and goes and with no time limit on your deposit I was thinking I would just go ahead and put 500 on.

What do you guys think wait and try and get the full 500 first timer deposit bonus via western union or some other method. Or just go ahead and do 250 so I can start playing asap?

Sorry to spam, but If I am a moderately successful micro stakes player now with lots of free time to learn and grind with the goal to become semi professional within 2 years. (I have a years worth of rent/expenses stored away and wont be working for atleast 1 year while I take my first real shot at online poker).

And I intend to start with a 500 dollar bank roll at 10nl then 25nl as soon as I am sure I am beating 10nl playing 3-4 tables an average of 3-4 hours a day. Do you feel like it would be worth the investment for me to purchase any tracking software or graphing software at this time?

If so which program/programs would you guys suggest that can be used on Americas Card room. I am thinking I should buy something, but I dont know which one or how much I should spend on it. Perhaps there are even deals to get it cheaper that I dont know about?

I will ofcourse do some research myself in the meantime while I await your responses I just wanted to hear what works on ACR and what u guys use. Thank you in advance for any advice.
