Are there anymore time based or Hand based tournaments? I don't see them listed anymore.

Rakeback players are not allowed to participate in the Elites benefits Program.

In the old system, you earned points at a rate of 100 FPPs for every $1 generated in rake. In the new system points are earned at 5.5 points for every $1 rake.

All taken care of, check your rewards tab and the link will appear now. Rakeback payments are every Wednesday.

Note that the players that win the tournaments will always get credited their funds into the accounts even though there might be a few minutes of time difference from one tourney to another. You have nothing to worry about.

All cashouts can take from 7- 14 days .

Please make sure to send me your usernames so I can look into it with our cashouts team.
Thank you for responding but it seems to have gone through now. I guess I was a bit impatient but all is well.

So Winning does not have a gaming license? It's crazy that they refuse to tell people about it if they had one.

What exactly do you draw that conclusion from?

Maybe because ACRrep has answered tons of questions, but not that one?

Speaking of which, was this ever addressed? From page 73 of this thread:

Thanks for the response and I appreciate the honesty of just admitting they don't fit inside your business plan. It does still seem strange however that you aren't worried about someone losing money quickly at $15-$30 NL cash but are for higher then $100 sitngos. I would also like point out that most of the games that ran at higher then $100 were between winning players so it was very beneficial to the site. O well.

I really don't care that much, i'm not going to be playing here at this point. I decided a few days ago I was going to check out ACR and when I went to look at the bottom of the screen to see who the gaming authority was, I saw nothing. I found that strange because every other poker room I have looked at in a while has the logo at the bottom of the homepage, but not ACR or any other site on the winning network. So I asked in live chat who the license was from, they had no answer. I have asked on here, get ignored by the rep.
You could go to any other site and find out they have a license almost instantly, and who provides it. So why do the sites on the Winning network seem to go out of their way to hide this information? I assumed at first that they have a valid license, but now that I can't seem to find anyone who will simply say so, it makes me wonder about that.

It's ok though, when I asked the live chat person, he told me "no worries we are very legitimate!"

If you already have a true poker account and a debit card for that account, can you open an acr account and get a separate debit card for that account?

If history is any indication then gaming licenses, particularly Kahnawake which is listed for Merge/Bodog are meaningless anyway. I don't see why a little banner at the bottom of the site would make you feel more comfortable. I don't think it is possible even for any US accepting site to have a legitimate license at this point. Just don't put/keep any amount on here that you are afraid to lose. I personally applaud sites like this who are ignoring the ridiculous intrusion of the US government and giving us a chance to play. Despite the numerous complaints that I have stated in this thread, I have been able to both deposit and withdraw easier here then possibly any site I have played on (pre and post Black Friday). So it's so far so good.

I understand your point, but knowing the extremely low standards of most of the licensors, not having any of them accept them is pretty alarming. Of course I know that none of them actually do anything to protect me and won't make me comfortable playing, but the potential fact that Winning does not have any license is certainly worrying.

ACR Rep, could you please just address this so it gets out of the way. Is the Winning Network licensed and who provides it?

Whats the difference? Minted poker had gaming commision and assured players moneys where safe as well as full tilt . You would be able to sleep better at night if site was liscensed by say the khanawakee gaming commision? I would be more apt to put my funds on Americas card room due to the fact there are no threads I have seen in the past few months of players not receiving cashouts or any other unsavory threads in the zoo.

I was just going to post this exact thing. To me, the presence of a gaming commission or other authority provides little comfort in the current climate.

The Isle of Mann's gaming commision seems to be looking pretty darn good right now. It appears that Winning does not have a license from them. Why not? I agree that it does seem rather irrelevent who licenses a site given the history of KGC and LGA, but not having a license at all just seems shady. If they do have a license, them basically covering it up seems fishy

We're licensed in the Republic of Cyprus, and our payouts have proven to be the fastest.

You can't buy-in with combat points? I really liked the 100K in Jan and the 150K in Feb because I could buyin with FPPs.

Or will the store be up by then and I can buy a ticket with combat points?
