Thanks but no thanks ACR.
Believe me, youll be glad you didnt deposit. Wouldnt you rather buy something or even pay a bill instead of flushing your money down the toilet?

I posted this 3 days ago, and would really like an answer. I missed a tournament that I would have loved to play. Before going to bed I took one last look at the lineup today at 1 A.M. and found a tournament with 15-minute blind levels going off at 2:45 A.M. But by then I was way too tired to stay up long enough to play it. If I had known further in advance, I would have planned my sleep schedule to be awake to play that tournament.

You currently show a Freeroll Super Seriies Tournament that goes off on April 7! It sure would be nice to know even a day in advance what real money tournaments are scheduled.

Is everyone's "Rewards" tab working? (where you go to look up Rakeback info)

When I hit "Rewards" I get a Server Error in '/MyAccount' Application message with a lot of technical mumbo jumbo that I don't understand.

We're currently working on designing a new tournament schedule that addresses several of the concerns expressed in this thread. While this schedule will not be available in the lobby because of how the software generates the tournaments, we are looking to get the schedule on our website. A couple of upcoming large events are monopolizing our time for the next two months, but after those events are completed, the schedule will be available on the website so you can plan ahead.

Thanks for your input.

This is all there is to play in the afternoon worth a midstaker's time, if even those. Then you have random 50cubes and 25cubes, which are way too high for this site. Just make a lot of freezeouts, a smaller 3r or 5r, an afternoon 27.50, etc. Maybe slap 1k guarantees on something and you will get some action to it, like the 13 1k would def meet it's guarantee.
Thanks for the suggestions. We are working to fill these gaps. Any other suggestions or tournaments players would like to see, I'd be happy to consider them.

Thanks.

2. We should be able to access all tournament info at the table, or via a link on the the table.
This certainly makes sense. We're exploring the idea of a button on the table (probably replacing the separate chat window button at the bottom left) that would pop up a side screen showing all the tournament information.

Is there a reason I can't get a response to this from anybody on the entire Winning network? Do you guys have a license and is it valid? Is there some legal reason why when I ask support they say they are unable to speak about it and tell me to check them out on 2p2?

Any update on the HU sng rake raping that ACR is doing when they changed stuff around eliminating the old point structure? This rake is way too much comparing it other online sites.

There are some significant differences between the rebuy and reentry tournaments.

In a rebuy, you can get the same amount or more chips after you're knocked out. Further, you'll be at the same table, which gives you the chance to win back your chips and keep your same reads.

Also, the number of places getting paid grows in the reentry tournament, but not in the rebuys. For example, in a ten-person tournament, the prize structure may be 50, 30, 20. If there are five rebuys, the payout is still 50, 30, 20; those places just receive more money. If there are five reentries, now 4th place or worse will be in the prize pool.

As well, in some tournaments you can rebuy after late registration. In a reentry, the tournament is completely close after late registration.

There is virtually no significant difference between reentry and late registration.

I got the same nonanswer (your funds are safe) when I asked if player funds are segregated. To reduce my exposure, I'm going to keep some of my bankroll in a dedicated account at my bank.

How long does it take for $ to get into the debt account? It went through on ACR's end on Wed. I'm still waiting.

I'm assuming you mean a debit card withdrawal. It's always been 2-3 days max after they've approved it for me, but I'm in a similar situation right now. I withdrew last Monday and the money still hasn't shown up, which is definitely the longest wait I've seen yet for the debit card. Seems to be some sort of delay with the debit card cashouts at the moment?

ACR rep could you look into my latest withdrawal for me if you get a chance?

When you say last Monday do you mean March 5th?

I just got my Debit Card, and am wondering if I should try it or go the paper check route?

I also think ACR rep should address the Debit Card situation as soon as possible.

That is correct. I wish I could help you but all I can do is speculate. As I said, the debit card has been the quickest cashout option for me. Check took about 2 weeks and the debit card has always been 2-3 days. Perhaps it's possible it can take a week+ but it hasn't for me so far. Would also appreciate if the ACR rep sees this and can look into the issue.

+1 to the rake issue for HU stngos which has been brought up many times without any response.

Is there any chance of adding at least slightly higher buy-in HU stngos again? I previously posted some numbers of the volume I had played at $200+ so there is definitely an interest for it.

What is the status of the hyper/superturbos? I think the previous structure was good and with the latest poor changes to HU stngos I am not optimistic about what you are going to do with these.

The SNG rake is currently being analyzed, and I'm sure you will see changes in the near future. Also, the hyper HU SNGs will soon be added.

While I understand your desire for high stakes HU SNGs, having those reach limits higher than $100 does not currently fit inside our business plan.

In the old system, you earned points at a rate of 100 FPPs for every $1 generated in rake. In the new system points are earned at 5.5 points for every $1 rake.

All taken care of, check your rewards tab and the link will appear now. Rakeback payments are every Wednesday.

It is bothersome to wonder if there are times when you weren't credited and didn't notice. Definitely an issue that should never come up.
Note that the players that win the tournaments will always get credited their funds into the accounts even though there might be a few minutes of time difference from one tourney to another. You have nothing to worry about.

Tournament #379953

My cursor was on the pot, and I saw the following on the screen:

Main pot 270
My contribution 330
