Like any software issues, try fully uninstalling the console. Then delete all cookies from your browser that you downloaded the software, and make sure the old password is not saved in the browser if you joined online. If you are a first time user, sign up with a different email and you can even try a different browser to download it. Then try it all over again. You could always go over to the WPN thread, go to the software issues thread and post your problem. One of the WPN reps may be able to handle it better.

The software may not have all the bells and whistles, lag from time to time....but they pay you your money. I play on Intertops, with the other 25 players, and they pay out, too. Their software was last upgraded in 1974.

I'm happy to deal with the lagging now and then if I am getting paid.

I took the simpler way out of contacting CS thru Live Chat and password was successfully re-set within 5 min.

Lol, I misread somewhere. Thought it was mentioned that customer service was not able to help. Yeah, having them reset it saves a whole lot of time and effort.

What software is available allowed on AMC?

Hello, two players "JustFoldBaby" and "kid.gambler" break rules everyday, they just keep sitting out and blocking tables, refusing to play at ACTIVE 6max table, before recreational player joins, what is against rules, very unmanner and destroys poker ecosystem. Please, do something.

Looks like TB can't be used on jackpot games now. I've got some TB & can't seem to find anything other than the Friday Playpens (and Cage, but that'd be bankroll suicide for me.) What else can I even use these for?

I am a new player to your network and already I have noticed some irregularities.
Today I joined three tables - on each one of them one player was already sitting there.
Now - I don not know if its a regular thing that when the 2nd player joins he gets
automatically dealt to be the Big Blind but either way - this is what happened to me.
I hope I do not have to stress that being in the Big Blind in a Heads-Up game is a huge disadvantage.

Now when two regular players dont want to play each other but decide to sitout until weaker player joins they usually tend to play an even number of hands before sitting out.

Thats just fair to the player that had started in the Big Blind.

In todays case player named Winenall had chosen to "sitout next BB" right after one hand - Just when he was about to get dealt in the BB. ON ALL THREE TABLES!

This is strictly forbidden at most sites I have played since in this manner he gains a huge
edge over the 2nd player. Also its considered very unethical and very much cheating.

To illustrate what I am talking about Im sending u two screenshots.

The first shows the player sitting out at all three tables (name can be seen in chat).


The second shows the three hands we played when each time my position was in the Big Blind.




Hope you wil take measures to prohibit this kind of behavior since the way it is now - it is highly discouraging for anyone to join a table this player has opened, and then also the house suffers. (less hands being played & tables filling up way slower)

Just tried to close down and reopen the software and it's stuck on the lobby screen saying "configuring" at the top left...

Oro - you must be new to online poker. It's called grimming, some poker sites take action against abusers and others don't. You'd best report it directly to support, because nobody from ACR is looking into this thread anymore.
