I noticed that the only deposit method is bitcoin on ACR. I figured that it would only be a matter of time.

America's cardroom software can't display cashier page and all the other pages. IE says "There is a problem with security certificate." I tried using Chrome to contact support, but all of ACR websites, EXCEPT the main americascardroom.eu, don't work. All of my browsers are blocking them saying the "connection is not private." I can't deposit, and I can't view any pages from the software. I can view the games, but none of the links such as cashier, contacts, etc.

It worked like 1 month ago, but now for some reason doesn't. I have Windows 10 pro.

I don't believe they have a deposit bonus subtract it from your rake back.

If you meant to say that unlocked bonuses are deducted from the gross revenue and thus have an effect on the rakeback amount, then yes that is the case.

ACR has it's issues, with lagging and freezing being at the top of the list. That said, I like to give credit where credit is due. Things that I've been complaining about for years are finally getting fixed.

1. Everyone playing an MTT gets at least a five-minute break. That's a lot better than sometimes getting less than three minutes when mine was one of the last tables to break.

2. The top of the tournament page shows the antes as well as the blinds. That's a very good thing, because 100/200 (M of 300) is a lot different than 100/200/25 (M of 525 at a nine-player table.)

These might not be big issues for some of you, but I find it encouraging. If a site can't fix the small problems they'll never be able to fix the big ones.

There is one thing that I would really like to see. I've asked before and no one thinks it's a bad idea. It really should be implemented. I would like to see a 24-hour tournament schedule in the main lobby.

It would be great to be able to look at the schedule and plan what I'm going to play the next day. For any one from full-time players to those planning their poker time around work or school, it would make figuring out what and when to play much easier.

How can I change the 4-color deck on Mac? ACR's default 4 color deck for mac is brutal. I've looked around and most of the instructions/packages refer back to Windows.

Anybody been able to do this on mac?

Just closed 2 MTTs I was playing, no info! just went down, (I was on Sportsbook.ag)

I was in the middle of a hand in one MTT and it just closed and wont re open

Called and they said they have 30 min to work on it and it will be back up.

I was checking the MTT lineup around 1000 US eastern time, and everything went blank. The lobby was still there, but clicking the Tournament or SNG tabs just got me an empty box. At that time, cash games were still running. I watched a few hands to make sure.

Now everything is down. I clicked on Tournaments, Casinos, Jackpots, Sports, and there was no response. It doesn't show empty boxes now, it's just frozen. I can click anything in the main lobby and there will be no response.

It's been 2.5 hours since everything went down, it would be nice to hear something from ACR/WPN.

I guess nothing has really changed and they still have servers from the Stone Age. You'd think after three or even more years they'd learn that lesson.

anyone know exactly what time it went down? just curious if its been over the 30 min.

Does anyone know how they will reimburse for the buyins?

Been having connection issues for the last hour. Was sitting comfortably at 25bb's in the $55k GTD, have been able to play maybe 3 or 4 hands in the past hour, now down to 11 big blinds after finally spending a half hour trying to get the lobby open. At least now I can see myself being blinded out instead of wondering when it will inevitably happen.

And god forbid I hit a "lag spike" during a hand. Good luck trying to cbet. Live chat is of course not working, "our team is currently unavailable." Great.

Will I be able to request a refund for my entry since this is literally unplayable?

Also having issues connecting, froze up now have not played a hand in about 15 minutes. Internet is working fine.

God this is SO frustrating. I'm now at the table, but I'm unable to sit in. All the action will freeze for 3-4 minutes, then 5 or 6 hands will fly by at a really fast pace.

I just folded AK in MP and A9 in the cutoff and I've got 8 big blinds. This is BS.

Cool. Was able to reconnect for a second with K3o in the hijack and 3 big blinds left. That was a real fun tournament.

site is a joke. It has been happening to me since all weekend. they keep saying there is an issue on their end (Kieren at help Desk) and that they will refund but still waiting. I don't know why I bother playing online anymore until it is legal. THese sites are all rip off jokes.

Def some connection issues today, connecting to wpn tournaments from betcoin, and I know it is on wpn side because betcoin only games would be fine while wpn games froze. Constantly having to restart client etc. today, not good for a sunday tourney grind.
