When are you going to be offering stud games on the Mac client and are we ever going to be able to use the mobile version anytime soon?

How do I get to it? I only see tabs for NL or PL (Omaha h/l).

Has the Mac version of the client improved any? I just went to Parallels and playing on the ole Windows version for I couldn't play on the Mac version. I didn't really like it. I felt like I was playing on a different game on Facebook or something.

Anyone having trouble depositing? It isn't even getting me to the screen to enter my info.

I'm posting here as a last resort option.

I decided to attempt to re-join online poker, but have been barred by ACR's failure to support.

After reading ACR seemed to have the best MAC Client and cashout support, I downloaded and installed. I didn't remember if I have had an account here before, so I logged in, and it notified me with the little green text of "banned."

I don't believe I have deposited before here, and this was confirmed by support since my deposit bonus was still up. However, I must've made an account years ago.

When I contacted support, they didn't offer a reason for the ban, and said that it would be reinstated. Please see the following log:

Since then, I have had two other convos. One with a support agent named Mia, where it took me 30 mins to connect to her and another 50 mins for her to just advise me to reinstall. After asking her to stay on, she agreed but then disconnected. Also, her average response time was around ~10 mins; I think they are pretty understaffed.

1- go to the control panel and un-install the poker application from there 2- after that is complete. Go to the start button and on the search box type Americas cardroom to see if there are any files left. If there are. GET RID OFF of all of them

After the above exchange, I went and got a 3rd party app remover for my Mac, to make sure all log files were being deleted. (I had manually found some earlier, but just in case this wasn't satisfactory, I got this new app).

A complete uninstall/reinstall simply isn't a solution, and the reps don't know what to do/are running me in circles. Still, when I log in, a little green box text says "banned."

Anyway, I posted here because I heard reps can expedite the process. Either way, use the above information to guide you on whether to use ACR or not.

Also, if anyone knows a way to help, please let me know.

I'm getting by with Mac I would say it's gotten a little better but I'm gonna buy a new windows pc just so I can play stud and multi table without the lag issues.

Why ACR does not have a custom bet slider option? This should be implemented ASAP.

There also should be customizable buttons. For example, I like to make a lot of 1/2 pot bets, others prefer 2/3 pot.

is the Mac (or windows version) usually going offline? "connecting to server" while playing a tourney... It has happened few times i've played there. This many times is unacceptable.

What a tilting night in acr, I had frozen up on jackpot tables and had lots of other issues causing major anger problems and spewing.

I'm just done with these ****ty sites there's to many tough players and it's just not worth the hassle when you have to use ****ty software that has so many glitches lags etc I'm never depositing on acr or any other garbage site again.
