I went to withdraw funds and it said loading cashier processing funds over a secure connection then nothing. The little circle just kept circling. Emailed support no reply. I am new to the site. I did not even want to withdraw. I was just looking around.I have a older computer. Thoughts on what to do?

2 questions regarding tourney bucks:
1) I can't find in the "store" where these are available to purchase. I've been told it's the best option for maxing value for CP's but can't seem to find out where to get them.
2) How do I use the tourney bucks that I do have? Every tournament I bring up doesn't even have the option to allow me to use them to register.

No, regular VIP program. I'm new to the site and software so maybe I'm just overlooking something. However, when I go to "Rewards" ---> "Store", the only thing I see is about 7 or 8 option to trade CP's for cash. If everything I read is correct, trading for "tourney bucks" is a better value but I don't know how to actually get them. And as for registering for tournaments using them, every time I click "Register" in a tournament lobby, it says that "tourney bucks are not available for this tournament."

They got rid of tourney bucks, with a few rare exceptions. For entries, you can filter for tourney bucks; I think the only thing available at the moment is the $1k cage.

Thanks for the info. Just got an email saying they could only be used for the jackpot sitngoes which I guess makes sense. I suppose the info about using combat points to purchase tournament dollars instead of the cash exchange is no longer an option anymore.

I like the option of having all of the numbers on the lower left of my table, like average stack and tournament spot (for example, 32 of 101.) Why do those numbers disappear when it's down to two or three tables? Isn't that when those numbers are most important?

I've been playing some small MTTs that pay between 9 and 15 spots depending on the number of entries and I can't figure out why the numbers aren't shown late in the tournament. One of the most important things to watch in a tournament is how close you are to the money bubble.

i have a verified account and tried depositing over the course of a couple months and was always told my card didnt allow international purchases when it clearly does as ive orderD things from china as well as deposited on their competitors website multiple times

not only did support NOT help identify the problem i have had all options to deposit except person to person removed

i won multiple freerolls and placed in others but after spinnin it up to like $87 i lost it all playin heads up and since have had NO luck depositing

anyone had withdraw options removed after depositing and profiting? would b worse than them removing deposit options

Actually, you can still use your points I believe to buy into certain tourneys. You don't use the T bucks just buy in with your points. For example, I'm in a $1.10 $300 R/A tourney now which charges 66PP +6.60 = 72.6 PP's.

There are also other tourneys through out the day that allow you to buy in with the player points. So, if you keep tight records I bet you will find that the best deal is to buy into some of these tourneys w/ pp's opposed to purchasing the $50 cash or $300 cash in the store.

What do some of you all think about this ?

Yes and yes. Had to talk to support to get Bitcoin withdrawals activated after account was verified. Live in ny and no problems so far.

Nope, you can just trade with someone. But it is not possible to transfer between different skins on WPN, just from player to player via the same site.
