An alternative to that would be using a bank statement of yours for instance if you don't have any utility bills to prove your address. I can't remember which one I used for this site but one of these will work.
The reason why we ask for a Utility Bill is in order to verify that the address registered on file is legit; this being said, any legal document (such as a bank statement or void check) that is under your name and contains the address on file will work perfectly

The rakeback tab disappeared only for one day but everything is back to normal.

But then, "Want to race to the top even faster? Scoop up extra points by playing in our LSOP during the weekends." The LSOP are tournaments with bonuses of up to 500 points per tourney.
Looks an awful lot like the old structure where people playing only the tourneys beat scores of ring game players, like me.
So, the "ONLY" appears untrue. It seems it's the same old rules where you are required to play the tourneys or 12+ hours and 10+ tables if you want win more than $100.
Is it "ONLY" ring games in the weekend races or do the tourneys count toward the 10k weekend races, too?
In this case for the sprint race, only the cash games will count except for 3 tournaments that are the only ones valid for the sprint race:
Every Friday -1 Seat GTD in LSOP 1 Seat GTD -19:30 Buy In-50+5/200 points
Every Saturday -1 Seat GTD in LSOP 1 Seat GTD-19:30 Buy In-125+12/500 points
Every Sunday -1 Seat GTD in LSOP 1 Seat GTD-19:30 Buy In-125+12/500 points
Only the previous tournament will count for the sprint race, the rest will be cash games.

The winning tables are basically set up for a buyin of 10 big blinds.
