Now I am sure of it. When playing heads up I'm on the button villain checks river I check behind and they don't showdown their hand during game play or the hand history. That is a huge deal in HU.

Are there any plans to add a Horse Book to the site?

The losing hand is always mucked on this site. You can't see mucked cards here. According to the ACR rep you will be able to see mucked cards once an update has been implemented, but it has yet to come.

I've been playing the $25 freerolls, and that tournament start is a little strange.

First, there is a pop-up announcing that the tournament is "ended", not starting. There when the table opens it says, "Play will resume in 20 seconds."

It's not a big deal, but it's a little wierd and should be fixed.

Doesn't it say that registration has ended?... although late registration may still be available.

I have noticed around 1000-3000 depending on day time. I think high point would be Sunday afternoon obv. and low end is any give weeknight after 9:00ish pm. This is PST by the way. I dont Know if that is the peak or not just what I remember seeing when I glanced at the lobby, you can always download the client and check on it without registering as a player.

Are there any plans in the works to raise guarantees? I'm sorry if it's already been asked, but the 500 gtd 12+1 starts at 1pm CST and got 61 entrants, which more than meets the guarantee. However, @ 2:30 CST-ish, a 250 gtd 12+1 gets cancelled? There's no way this should be happening. People will swell to the bigger prizepools and take more shots in them (and me personally). Make all the 5+.5 150 gtds or whatever bigger as well. It's a small risk for ACR to "possibly" pay out an overlay while players realize how much first places are now getting in these tourneys. Players love seeing 300 to first instead of <100. By far the two best ideas on this site were the 27.50 and 6 rebuy 1.5k gtd every day.

I checked a couple weeks ago and that sounds about right. Two weeks ago was the first time that I had seen 3K, so the player pool seems to be growing.

Has anyone here tried the hand-based or time-based tournaments? I've seen time-based (one hour) live STTs, and instead of playing them differently from tournaments with no time limit, most of the players played their normal game until time got short, then everyone started shoving to try to get in the money. I would think that the variance would be huge in a situation like that.

I have just been trying out the playmoney games to see how the software works. Is there a way to auto rotate your seat position to the center bottom of the screen? It makes it much easier to multi-table if you don't have to find where you are seating at. If the feature is there, where do I change it? Thanks.

I was playing a $200 super turbo HU stngo today and my connection went out for about 6 seconds. I fully restored it and my table remained frozen and did not even attempt to reconnect me. I tried closing the table and reopening it but it still remained frozen. Then I closed the whole poker client and relogged in and got to my table with 25 chips left. Has anyone else had an issue with the software not trying to reconnect you after a brief disconnection?
I sent an email detailing what had happened and they sent a generic disconnection response that did not address my problem. Pretty frustrating to say the least.

Has anyone received a payout via the debit card yet? I've had all the necessary documents verified and am waiting to receive mine. I was just wondering if this method has been working smoothly? For instance, if I request a payout for say $2,000 after having already received the debit card, will the money just be loaded right onto the card already in my possession? Then, would I be able to just go to an ATM and withdraw the entire balance of $2,000? I'm assuming I would have to go to multiple ATM's in order to withdraw the money, but I'm not sure. Also, do the ATM's just charge you the minimal normal fees of $2 or $3 for a withdrawl or is it a more substantial fee? (Like the fee for a cash advance) Thanks

I just got the debit card a week or two, def do not make a withdrawal request before you get the card, because you have to activate it. It took about 6 hours for them to process my cashout request and it was on my card 30 minutes after that. I have not tried to get more than $500 from an ATM so I am not sure what the limit is, but it's at least that high. There is a $2-3 fee and when your card comes you will get a list of any other fees that you could incur.

I had a different but related problem. Was sitting at a turbo HU table waiting for an opponent while playing a MTT. MTT is running smoothly throughout, but nobody seems to be joining my HU SNG. About 20 minutes later, I get a "table closed" message on the HU SNG, and look in the tourney history to find that I've received 2nd place for the match which I never got to play in.

There was no sign or notice of d/c (as mentioned my MTT was running smoothly), but there was never any indication of an opponent sitting at my HU table... all I saw was a table with me seated on one side and an empty seat on the other until the table was closed.

Seems like if there was a very short d/c, there should have been some attempt by the software to reconnect me once the connection returned to normal. Also, would it make sense to auto-un-register upon d/c?

I'm looking for information on deposit methods available for U.S. players. I've read about fifteen pages through this thread and tried to search the forum with either no luck or too much unrelated luck.

On the ACR web site (http://www.americascardroom.eu/play-...or-real-money/) it says, "To find out what deposit options are available where you call home, just select your country from the dropdown menu below." But there is no "dropdown menu below."

I contacted support using the E-Mail Us form at http://www.americascardroom.eu/poker-customer-support/ a couple of weeks ago with this question but have had no response. Responsive support was one of the halmarks of the PokerStars site and I won't commit to a new site unless I can count on that. I'm going to give this thread a try since ACR Rep seems to be pretty active here.

I've seen that some sites have sub forums in the Internet Poker area. Is there any chance that this thread could be converted into a subforum so that the fifty pages of posts to date could be broken up into topical threads on cashouts, deposits, site improvements, etc? That would leave the Help Forum for ACR Rep to moderate for actual help and suggestion issues.
