Thank you for your comment! We know there is a lot to be improved at this point and this forum has been a source of incredibly good feedback. Thank you very much to all of you who help us become better and better!

Nice job ACR, first time dealing with their cashouts, everything worked out great, took two business frankly that faster than e-checks were , i deposited WU and cashed out MG, GG ACR. Ill never question this sites integrity again, frankly i can't believe the service considering it's supposed to be a blackout of internet poker in the US.

Good to hear that you received your cash out so quickly. It looks as if ACR and TruePoker are the only sites that are getting US players their money in a timely manner. Keep up the good work to both sites!

Both yes to 1) and 2), not sure about 3) though because Deposit Bonuses are deducted from your gross revenue.
IIRC, with the rakeback and the deposit bonus, and minus the deductions, the net rakeback is 40%.

The ACR software client is a cpu hog. Please tweak this asap their is no reason when just idling with no tables open this should eat up 25-40% of my cpu.

Hi! As long as the card has the ability to do international purchases you can use it. Feel free to test it in www.americascardroom.eu.

Impressed with support on this site. Quick in responding to emails, and really like the live support through chat. Keep working on the tourney schedule...can I become a player representative for this site?

Hello,

I originally deposited using my Visa card last week. I am apparently really out of practice and played poorly and lost my deposit. I would like to redeposit but the Visa card won't show up as an option for me anymore. My bank had called me, I told them this was an ok charge, money was deducted and no problems. I sent a message to support asking them to re-open this option for me and recieved no response aside from the automated ones.

As far as the Western Union option goes (this can probably be asnwered by a bunch of people), can I do this online somehow without going to a Western Union? Can I create a account there and fund it with a debit card and then transfer it to the site? I'm unsure how this works. Also what are the fees associated with using western Union to deposit say $500? Thank you for your help.

You can deposit online via Western Union. You need to set up a Western Union account and then you can fund your account without having to leave the house. I believe if you deposit more than $300 ACR will reimburse you for your ATM fees.

Is there any possibility of a change in the tourny schedule? Adding more/larger tournies?

More $6-10 rebuys, an $11 1r1a would be geat, more $22-109.

Also, the guarantees are regularly getting met by a considerable margin, and making the gtd's larger will continue to bring larger fields.

Sounds like there might be an issue with your card transaction. Please PM me your username so we can look into it and see how we can help.

Thank you for the feedback. We will have another doubled guaranteed weekend in February since it was such a huge success.

Still waiting for turbo HU sng's between the $15 and $60 ones offered. You said you passed the info along over 40 days ago...must be that hard to add different limits. So many sngs offered that i've never seen run, ever. Smart site imo

hey, I just started playing on Americas Cardroom recently, and I'm just curious approximately how long do paper check withdrawal take? I live in NY. thanks!

Also: are there any sites that track player stats for this site?

All requests are taken into consideration but some of them may not go hand in hand with the current plan. We would love to please everyone right away but it may not be possible in some cases. Features, tables and fixes will come, its just a matter of time. Again, thank you for the feedback!

Hi there. I have another suggestion. I would like to see an improved cash game filter with the ability to:
-hide certain tables (short stack, etc)
-table sizes (like show only 6 max, full ring, Heads up etc)

My last check took about 13 days. Very quick cashouts from what I've seen so far.

Money Gram - 3 business days or less
Check - 10 business days if for less than $1000, 5 business days for more

These are exactly inline with all the other sites on the Yatahay network , so my question is does America's Cardroom have their own processor " department" or are the withdrawels done by a Yatahay processor?

Are player funds kept on america cardroom accounts , or a Yatahay account ?

How often are the 65k points updated for tourney play? I played in all the double tourney's promoted in last week's email, but I only have 1100 points, 250 points short.

Nevermind. Wrong skin. I'll go ask the right one.

Talked to Alejandro in CS yesterday....I asked him about the Loyalty Program/Store and he told me that it would not happen in Jan '12 and that there was no indication of when it may happen. Do you or ACR Rep have any additional information on this? It seems it's been delayed atleast twice already.

Also, is there something that can be fixed that will help the FPP's refresh correctly? The delay is very annoying.
