You can also create an account now through someone that offers rakeback, you don't lose it just because you don't deposit yet.

I can confirm that as well. @ACR Rep: Any chance we can also get advanced filters for the cash game lobby as well as separate filters for MTT's and SNG's?

The four color deck doesn't work for me.

You need to add a sound when it is first your turn to act.

You need to add a favorite seat feature.

That's on the list of very important improvements to do. Hopefully will be available very soon!

Thank you! Those features are already in the list as well as we have said before. Some of them will be released by this first quarter of the year.

Happy New Year BTW!!!!

I second this. This is really annoying.

Also, when there is a standing bet, "POT" should mean, (call the bet) + (raise the total amount of the pot including my call). As of now I don't even know how "POT" is determined -- it just produces some weird random number.

Also, the "pot/half pot/two-thirds pot" buttons are sometimes there and sometimes not there (replaced by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x). Why?

Hi there. I have been playing on ACR for about a month and FTMP have enjoyed my time here (despite a rough start). I have made a list of suggestions/improvements that I would like to see as I think they would add to the overall playing experience. Please note that many of these have already been listed by other users, I'm just mentioning them again as I feel they are somewhat important. They are not in any specific order.

-Fixed four color deck option that saves
-Ability to see mucked cards
-Auto top-off/rebuy for cash games
-Option to turn off notification after rebuy
-Filters that save (main lobby). This has been fixed for the most part, however, I still have to click the stakes tab twice to get them sorted from lowest to highest.
-Some sort of symbol next to the table name in the main lobby so you know which tables you're playing at. I hate having to click each individual table for the stakes I'm playing at and look at the player list for each one just to see which tables I'm playing at (like if I'm trying to open up more tables and find one I'm not in). Could use a bullet or something like that.
-Bigger cards for the players in the hand. At times it can be difficult to see who's in the hand especially if I'm multitabling.
-Sound alert when it's your turn that actually works every time
-Clickable time bank to provide more time to think in certain situations (at least in cash games). At least a few times a session I find myself timing out because I don't have enough time to make a decision on a big hand. It'd help if I had a time bank that I could click to provide me with extra time (within reason). Maybe add 'Fast' tables for those who like fast action.
-Option to disable notification to leave table
-Preferred seating option (changing seats manually messed up the HUD)

That's all for now. I realize some of these are quite petty and I don't expect them to be high on the priority list, but they are things I would like to see eventually. If I think of anything else I will add them.

fwiw, I'm a fan of keeping the mucked cards the way they are... or to perhaps make closer to live poker... but to force a show regardless of seat order or betting action seems excessive. good players can make inferences without seeing cards... no need to know every hand an opponent takes to the river.

Hi, our network offers 27% rakeback. Rakeback payments are done every Wednesday for the previous Monday to Sunday week of play. You can see how much rake back you have generated each period in the "Rewards" tab in the client, clicking on the rakeback link.

The traffic is low and there are some glitches, but it's a damn sight better than ****ing Blow-vada-dog, which was my only other option living in New York.

New Time Bank

• Below $25 = 20 Seconds (8/12)
• From $25 to $49.99 = 30 seconds (10/20)
• From $50 to $99 = 45 seconds (15/30)
• $100 + = 60 seconds (20/40)

The chip amounts are listed in the tournament lobbies for our cubed tournaments but the tourney memos will be changed for our R/A tourneys to make sure it is clearly stated.

The Yatahay network, which Americas Cardroom is a skin of, is currently not listed on Sharkscope. But tracking programs such as PT3 work without any problem.

sounds good! what do the numbers in parenthesis represent? Levels at which they refresh?

Maybe this is a better way to explain it:

• Below $25 = 8 seconds per hand /12 additional seconds in total
• From $25 to $49.99 = 10 seconds per hand /20 additional seconds in total
• From $50 to $99 = 15 seconds per hand /30 additional seconds in total
• $100 + = 20 seconds per hand /40 additional seconds in total

If I choose to do rakeback directly through ACR, how does it work? Am I signed up automatically? I couldn't find any info on your site about it.

Rakeback is traditionally offered by affiliates. I would advice you to google "Americas Cardroom rakeback" and see what the offers are. Some affiliates offer other benefits besides rakeback that you may like.

I'm quite surprised at this. I know that there are players. or at least there used to be before Black Friday, making a living multitabling $10 STT. Someone multitabling $20 MTTs with an ROI > 100% could certainly be making a living at it. They might have to do it across several sites in the current poker world, but it's still possible.

That 20 second time bank for MTTs doesn't leave much time for a serious player to make good decisions in the later levels.

A new time bank is on its way with better functionality. We fixed the current ways with a new structure while the better one is added.

Old accounts that already existed when ACR was still on the Cake Network as DoylesRoom still get 33% Rakeback but all new sign ups on the Yatahay network get 27% by default, which is also standard throughout the network. Rakeback is typically paid out Wednesdays based on your activity of the previous week (Monday - Sunday).

i am new to ACR and would like to know if there is a payout thread to follow, just as there is with other sites.

does ACR use their own cashier? or is it the same for the whole network?
also, is it just me, or would other people like to know the location of their opponents?
i like knowing the where my opponents are playing from.

after trying out the site, not bad overall. traffic similar to EL, but hopefully without the payout issues.

Are there any significance to user names starting with ve1xxxxxx. In a 6 max double or nothing I was going to play I saw 2 players sitting each with a name very similar to each other (the only 2 at the table). One was ve15436 and the other was ve19526. Maybe these were system generated or something. Either that or these are the worlds worst multi-accounters.

I am sure it is innocent, just seems strange that they were at a DON together the 1st 2 to register with such similar names.

More than likely.

I'm not 100% positive Yatahay does this, but I know this has come up at more than one different network - users that come from a particular skin or that are signed up by a particular affiliate have been given randomly generated SNs before.
