I just asked a rep to use some of my combat points to get into a SNG and she told me that I have to go through the store to do this now... Well clicking on the store link results in a

SERVER APPLICATION / ERROR.

Tested on multiple computers, multiple browsers etc.

I tell her that there seems to be an error with the store link, and she tells me "no errors on our end. It must be your computer"... Riggggggggggggggggggght.

Sheesh.

As a community we should start only playing non-BBJ tables, and starting only those tables as well. If WPN won't listen to us, then we'll have to shift the action ourselves.

unfortunately the fish will always sit at bbj tables and the games go where ever the fish are.

I have Holdem Manager. ACR is the next site on the list to be supported, but despite multiple requests, they have been unwilling to give a time frame when it will happen. When it does, it will only work with HEM2, not HEM1. No new functionality will be added to HEM1.

Thank you. Why complain about the ridiculous rake on The Beast tables but yet continue to play them. The Beast isn't going anywhere, and we all know it kills the games. So just don't play at a beast table. If we start non BBJ tables the fish will follow, and we can take these games back.

But it's going to take all of our effort. anyone who has made a complaint ITT shouldn't continue to sit at Beast tables without trying to start or sit at a non BBJ table

But fish like good games. If they realize on the BBJ tables that everyone is folding, but on the other tables its normal gameplay, they will follow the action.

It's also undeniable the lower stake games are disappearing as people are realizing they can't beat the BBJ rake and the software still stinks.

You don't have to get rid of the BBJ, just make the rake fair for people playing less than 100 nl.

Yes. Our Rep comments only on issues that involve getting money on the site. Bigger issues like tournaments ending due to technical issues , cash tables freezing, player issues with the prohibitive Beast/BBJ combo rake, ect, are not detail further from a business standpoint.
It would be nice if this was a democracy, but it isn't, and unfortunately in their minds it doesn't have to be.

I just placed 3rd in the 50K GTD Freeroll Weekly Final but did not receive any tournament ticket or registration for the 50K GTD. I'm about to email and/or call support. Has anyone had experience with this before?

Thanks I didn't think so and couldn't find anything on it so just wanted to double check.

I plan on grinding for 2 weeks and cashing out whatever small profit I make.

(Slightly winning micro player wanting to get in my poker fix while I'm on break from school)
