Plus fish want action. Your average recreational player doesn't understand/ want to be a rakeback grinder. They want good games. Not games where everyone is folding.

The rake for the micros is atrocious. The cap levels are double what PokerStars offers. I dont understand why sites like these wouldnt atleast be competitive in terms of rake structure? ACR has an opportunity to become the go to site for American Players, but are turning off their highest volume players with these rake levels.

I doubt anything will change, but it took 20 seconds each to register our complaints. Can't hurt.

i have been playiing on ACR for about a week now and am already considering taking my money off already. The cash games are nitty and the tourney schedules is pretty bare. I consider myself a recreational player and not a grinder by any stretch of the means. I will tell you, it is tough to find a good tourney for the buyin I like and of course the cash games are too nitty.

I beleive "The Beast" are for the 80+ hours of multitable cash grinders just botting their way through only playing premiums just to keep them away from being "botty". Not fun.

I will continue to stay with ACR but hopefully see some improvements. I like the fast cashouts which is why I am staying for right now. The Beast is killing the recs.

I'm glad I actually get my money every week. Nice pictures, comfy seats, whatever. if you can't cash in the tourneys now, quit bitchin' about the player pool, when the tournaments start, etc....Go back to zynga.

Do you have your filters set to show fixed limit hold 'em games? Also, make sure your filters are set to show empty tables.

I'm not worried about cheating in The Beast, at least by the people up top, but it certainly is horrible for the game. I doubt they get rid of it, but like others have suggested, change the structure. Honestly I wish they would put a max table limit on this site. Not mad at anyone for playing 30 tables, but if you can't do so without timing out every action you don't need to be. A 12 table max seems like it would be more than enough for the majority of people on the site. That would keep The Beast going AND give people who aren't interested in playing like robots more table selection.

Is anyone having trouble buying a cash bonus, I've been trying since the 4th and the store wont process the transaction. thanks

I bought three bonuses and the first two took four days to process, but they did process. The third one was cancelled (still don't know why). I ran it through again and it processed instantly.

Purchased mine a few days back and it's still not processed. Others ITT have mentioned that it took their bonuses to process in a few days or so

I wondered this too. Somewhere in there it says that the rake for cash games is 5%, but if "$0.01 for each $1 in the pot" is correct then yea that's only 1%.

I don't know if atrocious is the right word. If you read that link it says 1% up to $2/4 (although elsewhere it says 5%??). But still, 5% is the norm I think isn't it?

As far as the cap goes ACR caps out at $3. Does PStars really cap out at $1.50? So in a $100 pot on ACR you only get $97 but on PStars you'd get $98.50.. that doesn't seem all that big a deal.. especially considering capped out pots are rare.

This is a really good point. I have never seen a site run a rake race that the PLAYERS pay for other than ACR and othr WPN skins. WPN doesn't pay a dime. The LEAST they could do would be to add like $25-50K of their own money every month. They actually did seed like $30K or something the very first month, and I thought that was how it was going to go every month...nope.

100% agree on the beast destroying the game .. this is a regnitfest nowadays and I genuinely like this site ... just needs to go to a normal rake chase or race .. similar to the one Lock poker runs
