Even if you can see it, why not handle straddles in the same way raises and calls and folds are handled?

When I fold, there is a big red marker that says "Fold" below my name. When I call, there is a big light-blue marker that says "Call" below my name. When I Raise, there is a big pinkish marker that says "Raise" below my name. When I go all in, there is a big purple marker that says "All-In" below my name.

What sense does that make? Why can't it be uniform? Is it really that hard to fix this? It would take 30 seconds.

Like you said, this isn't a huge deal, but it's one of a zillion things that are broken about this software and could be easily fixed but aren't, after a zillion and one complaints.

Ok, so I checked my balance before my session tonight. I waited like 10 minutes just in case my balance wasn't quite updated right after my session and compared it to my PT3 winnings. According to PT3 my balance is short $4.51. Last time while I wasn't sure what my exact balance was prior to my session, I know it was around $4 short. $4 or $5 isn't a lot of money, but if this is some sort of glitch and I'm being shorted every single session, this should be taken VERY seriously! Now that I've confirmed it wasn't just some one-time glitch, the question now is, is it a WPN software error that is shorting me, or is there a PT3 error in my Reports? I'm going to email the PT staff and will post back here.

Again, if anyone else is using PT3 PLEASE check your balance before a session and compare with your report after to make sure it is correct. If there are any discrepancies at all, please post here immediately.

Did you check with PT support they are good about helping. My guess its with PT it sometimes will miss hands.

I don't think PT3 covers BBJ rake (JP tables) by default. Mine surely did not, though I suppose there may have been some update that handles it, I've never seen it.

Anybody else having any problems with being able to play right now? I was able to log on no problem, but when I go into my cashier it has my balance in my wallet, but none of it is available in my poker balance. I played last night around 11pm no problem, and now this morning I am having the problem

I contacted support again on this issue again this morning. Now they are telling me by the end of the week. I have got a different answer everytime I have talked to them. This is the kind of run around bs that makes me want to take MY money and run. And I will be leaving as soon as I get my bonus.

Is this really a question? Granted, it isn't the most respectful name in the world, but if they don't allow it then where do they draw the line? It doesn't have any profanity in it. You don't even know the context of what the person means any way. Yes, he could be making a reference to slavery, or maybe it's a black guy that feels like a "slave to the man" Not saying I like the name, but get a sense of humor.

Don't waste your time or money on America's Card Room. The software sucks, and the play is just the most ridiculous numbers of suckouts and coolers you couldn't possibly believe.

Don't let this guys run bad scare you off. The software is pretty bad, but is supposedly being upgraded in the next month (according to the BCP rep) With that being said, the software is definitely playable. I've been on here for almost a month now and I'm having the best month I've had in a very long time on the cash tables. Not to mention I have cashed out an amount that would take 4-5 months on other sites..

Were you playing in any CAP rooms? PT3 doesn't respond well to cap rooms. It records some of the hands but leaves out a wide swath of hands, leaving the totals wrong. So that would be one possibility.

I don't know the specifics in your case in particular, but my educated guess would be that PT3 is missing some hands it should be catching, because of ACR's unbelievably ****ty software; and not that ACR is ripping you off for $4.51 per session. JMHO.

By any chance, did any of you grinding monsters receive your BEAST payouts for November yet?

For Rewards members (not rakeback), when playing on a Beast/BBJ table and the rake reaches $1, do you get credit for the whole $1.. or is the Beast/BBJ fee subtracted from the amount of RP's that get divided out?

So if 5.5 RP's get divided out once the rake reaches $1, is it really only .75 because of the .25 fee for Beast/BBJ? Is it still 5.5 RP's that get divided out?

Beast/BBJ rake does not count towards your rakeback/rank points.
