Assuming derkaderka is some kind of word for terrible poster, yes, he is, that's the whole point. He has at least a half dozen posts complaining about the traffic on Everleaf, and I believe a couple on Bodog. And I won't even get into his other accounts. Worst poster in the Zoo.

more like a general question, i just downloaded the software and opened an account. every time i click on the cashier, or live chat buttons it sends me to Internet Explorer. for some reason my IE isn't working properly, and i use firefox anyway. is there a way for me to re-direct it directly to firefox instead of IE?

Looking for this too. My IE is working but its terrible laggy and slow. I'd much rather have the choice of using firefox.

Afaik it is based on the IE programming and has been mentioned before in the thread, should be on the list for dev improvements.

I disagree with this. When I played on Stars, I played almost exclusively MTTs, with an occasional SNG if I didn't have time to play a larger tournament. And even if a player doesn't specialize in one type of poker, they might spend an entire day playing only cash or only tournaments. Separate lobbies make this much cleaner and easier.

Actually enjoying this site so far. The competition in tourneys is like poker in 2004. Although your rng doomswitches me sometimes , I still enjoy how many micro tourneys you put on your schedule. As always, I encourage more tourneys just to give more of a variety. Anyways, three things I've noticed....

1) Why does addon not take effect the first hand after break? It says my auto addon was processed, but I have to wait one hand. This isn't good for the better players.

2) Why is there no instant Hand History? I've tried using the current one, and baffled as to how to replay last hand and see opponent's mucked cards.

3) Is there a permanent settings button? Every time I open ACR, I have to change it to four color, and even then, it doesn't work right away in game. I keep having to fiddle with it.

I forgot one...can we get a bigger timebank? I don't think stalling is that big of an issue, and I time out frequently because there isn't much in case I miss an action on a table.

Please quit cancelling guranteeds! If anything, lower them slightly. Two 150 gts (one nl and other plo, both 5-8 buy in) were cancelled so far.

Also, why can't we rebuy right when tourney starts? I literally have to limp one hand just so I can rebuy right away.

How do you use tournament dollars on the site? I see the amount I have on the cashier page but get no option to use them when I try to register for a tournament.

Cards need to be bigger so we can see who is in the hand...and your announcements pop up directly over the board cards, which, since you have small timebanks, ****s up playing greatly.

In tourneys that aren't turbo, u need a 600/1200...500/1k to 750/1500 is a sick jump.

I always give this site the benefit of the doubt but the software has gone from bad to worse.

You cannot see mucked cards on this site. The reps have said they're planning to add this, but you can't see them as of now.

When I open the client, the cards in play are 2-color, but if I open the settings page, it appears to be set as 4-color.

What I do is switch it to 2-color, "Apply", then switch back to 4-color and "Apply". This works fine, but it's silly that I should have to do that every time I open the program.

I am going to disagree with this one and say that I actually like the shorter time bank. My reasoning is that ACR's "table alerts" are all effed up to hell, and so people often miss their action when they are multi-tabling; which leads to lots of timeouts. If they ever fix this, I will agree with you on the longer time banks, but until they fix that alert problem, I'd rather have less time eaten up by timeouts by having them be shorter.

I have been waiting for a little while and I know of others who have as well. As far as I have seen, I have not heard of a single person receiving the debit card. I'm hoping it just takes a really long time to process and eventually it will go through but so far I've had little success and the support team wasn't much help. Probably going to try a standard cashout to test the waters and hopefully my debit card application will eventually be approved.
