Is there any intention to allow players to rebuy at exactly 1500 chips (i.e. on the first hand of the tournament) in R/A tournaments? Having to drop 1BB before rebuying can create some silly situations, like if you win a hand in the first orbit you very well could go without your rebuy entirely.

EDIT: Ideally players could rebuy to 3000 BEFORE the first hand is dealt, with a short delay (like 60 seconds) before the first hand is dealt after seating.

ACR rep when you get a chance could you show us a few hands from a regular table. And then show us what the difference in rake would be on a bbj table for the same hand. And do we get rakeback on the bbj,feed the beast fees?

99% sure that you don't get rakeback from Beast tables since it is re-distributed to other players.

ACR's software is from the caveman days, I started playing online poker in the early 2000's and Party Poker software back then is decades better then what ACR is today. Not even going to waste my time listing the problems, flaws, and rediculous "rules" that ACR has.

Taking my Beast money from this month and making a run for it on the sportsbook, never playing poker here again.

This is not the case AT ALL. When attempting to unregister from the tournement, a window pops up that says something like "unable to unregister you from tournement, please contact support for more assistance."

We all know how smart and helpful ACR support is....and on top of that, you get conflicting information between what is stated on here by you the Rep, and what is stated by the very unhelpful online support.

Perfect example, you just stated that you can unregister directly from the software (which isn't true) and that you can unregister by contacting support (which also is untrue according to them).

I wasted another 40 minutes of my life with the idiots on live support discussing this exact issue, and the outcome was, "our software does not allow us to unregister you from a satillite that you qualified for through a super satillite." Then he went on about how it's in the ACR T & C's and blah blah blah, but yet he couldn't point it out in the link he provided where it stated that.

ACR has done nothing but go down hill....their last ditch effort to keep players is the beast, because the only way you will get paid is to keep playing. The 50.00 bonus is another last ditch effort....

Don't even bother asking for my information, because there is nothing you can do that's going to get me too play on this scrapped together software. Nothing but empty promises from you.....and now support has jumped off a cliff.

What is the status of paper check payouts?

I have not cashed out yet, but when I do, I would rather use my one free check a month than pay debit card fees. I don't even care if the check takes 2 or 3 weeks. I"m trying to do some serious bankroll building, so I'll probably start by taking out the minimum $100 a month (my wife would like to see some actual money coming into our bank account). If I can avoid the debit card fees (which could be a significant percentage of my withdrawal amount) and wait a while for the check, I'll take that deal.

But I've seen some posts about wait times for checks getting longer, and I believe that one person said he's been waiting a month.

Someone told me to email acr asking if they would allow me to get rakeback, I already signed up through an affiliate. No word back yet! Does your affiliate advertise Rakeback on ACR? Because it is not defined by using a bonus code upon first deposit but rather a referral code or link when you sign up and register the account.

This happened to me once and I called customer service to find out why. I never got an answer to why it was removed, but it was back up and on the screen before I even got off the phone with them

Well I originally applied for it on 6/22 but they sent me an email saying that I needed to send a couple more things. That was the last email I got from them that wasn't automated. Then I sent all the required documents again on 7/10. But have never heard back from them. I contacted their live chat the next day and was told that my account was verified and it would take 5 business days to process the card thingy, then up to 15 days to get the card. But I have never received any emails since(not even automated ones) and they have not taken out the $25 from my account for the debit card either. Now when I contact live support, they tell me to send an email.....but lol...I never get a response from emails. And the ACR rep on this thread has ignored 2 of my posts asking for help. So....whatever. Think I may go try Black Chip Poker.

Give it a little bit longer. I don't remember it taking this long for me to receive the card but it was quite a long process with zero communication from ACR about the card. I didn't receive a tracking number, wasn't told the card was shipped and wasn't notified if/when the $25 would be taken from my account. I did eventually receive the card and the $25 was taken from my account a couple of days after I received it ( you don't have to do anything, it is automatic but again there was no notification for me). That's my advice but you're welcome to take your business elsewhere, of course.

Created an account with ACR, play a few times and had no issues. Tried to access my account and it was suspended, without any notification to me. Used the live chat support, was told I would receive an email in 15 minutes detailing the reason. Never received this email, tried live chat again, this person says I need to email support and request for them to tell me why my account was closed. Amazing they would not proactively notify a customer when the account is suspend.
