Since you don't show the scheduled tournaments more than a few hours in advance, my plan was to play this one, get some other things down this afternoon, then check this list again early this everying.
Please fix these server problems, and start listing the scheduled tournanets for the next 24 hours (even 12 hours would be nice).
EDIT: Tournament number was 609700.
EDIT #2. I changed my settings to look for tournaments that are running, and I found my table, but it's frozen. Someone responded when I typed in chat, so maybe some people are waiting and others have left, I don't know. A chat message from support to the tables would seem to be in order.
This was related to an issue from last Friday. The issue was corrected, players that were affected were refunded.

That is correct regarding the bonus.
Also, you should have a bonus option under the Rewards tab. If you do not, try clearing your Internet Explorer cache.

Other than that, I enjoy ACR a lot.

There are other more nit-picky issues, but these ones have been really driving me nuts and making it difficult to play....
We are working on both the two issues listed above. They former is related to some lost packet issues that occur once in a while. It’s not ideal and we’re working on enhancing this area. The latter is related to the way we use SSL encryption for our communication between client and embedded pages. We apologize for the issue and please know we are working on a better way of doing this.
