I thought it was pretty obvious what I was saying: in principle, I am not opposed to playing at a BBJ table, but the amount they rake from the micro rooms is ghastly and disproportional and should be addressed.

Looks like there's no Mac version available, any word if it will be anytime soon?

What happened to the $50 bonuses? Yesterday I saw that I had cleared half of it but didn't redeem it yet. Today I look at it and it says I have no currents bonuses and when I click the Available Bonus link it opens my browser to the $50 Bonus promotion page but the Redeem my Bonus link on the page doesn't work.

I got conflicting reports from two different live chat reps at ACR about debit cards............One guy told me I'd get an email and tracking number sent to me soon when my card was sent out(never got the email), and a different guy on live chat told me that no sir I would not get an email when my card was sent out. Weird.

Just signed up yesterday for card this is the email that was sent to me.
Once authorized, your prepaid debit card account will be opened with $25 which we have deducted from your poker account. Your card will then be sent to you via UPS no charge, and we will email you your tracking number. This process can take up to 15 business days.

what is the Id No. that is asked for on the prepaid card application form?

Does anyone know which poker tracking softwares work for ACR and also the price of them?

Holdem Manager says that ACR will be the next site added, but there is no ETA. HEM2 will be first, and HEM1 support of ACR might be added later.

HEM1 is being phased out. HEM1 bugs are being fixed, but new features are being added only to HEM2, and HEM1 is no longer being sold.

On my scheduled tournament list, both a $5.50 with a $3,500 guarantee and a $5.50 with a 5K guarantee (the Sunday Nickel) are listed to go off at the same time, 2000 US eastern time on 7/22 (tonight).

I've never seen these two tournaments go off on the same night before. Is this a change, or is the listing incorrect?

Alright, so I've been playing at ACR for roughly 4 weeks now and it seems as though my account is still not setup with rakeback even though my affiliate says it was and still says it is after I recently contacted them. When I go under my rewards tab it seems as though this is the case, along with the fact that I've never received a payment on Wednesday for the rake I've accumulated. I'm also about 98% sure I haven't been getting one penny of bonus from the $300 deposit I made 4 weeks ago. One more thing to note, I was supposed to be entered into the $250 deposit freeroll each week for a month and i was only entered in once and that was because I contacted support and they manual entered me in. I can deal with not being entered in the freerolls, but not getting paid rakeback or any of my bonus is absurd.

I just joined ACR last night. Had some problem depositing most likely due to my Visa debit card not being authorized for intl transactions.

Anyway, I played on the play money tables just to familiarize myself with the poker client. One thing I could not figure out is how to move your point of view at the table from where you get initially seated. On all the other sites I've ever played you could pick where you wanted your position at the table to appear. Can this be done on ACR?

I have a very good 40mb/s DSL internet connection and generally there seemed to be no lag or network delays in the short time I played. I did notice, however, something that could interpreted as a bit disconcerting: sometimes when I was in one of the blinds I wanted to advance click check or call $2, but the only choices available at that time were fold or call. Then -- later -- a player before me would raise. It was if the server knew what was coming before you could see it on your display. I suppose the raising player might have clicked an advance raise, but I never saw anything like this on other sites.

You can right click on the seat you want, and it will ask you if you want to be seated there. So yes, you can sit wherever you want at the table.

Straddling is allowed at the tables on ACR, so you probably had some do a straddle bet preflop.

That sucks. You can see if you're getting any of your bonus by checking the cashier. Towards the bottom it says bonus released and shows the amount you've cleared thus far. I'm sure you already know, but in case you don't...after you click on the rewards tab, you then need to click on 'rake back' on the new screen that pops up. Then it shows you how much you've gotten each Wednesday. The 'rake back' that you click is tricky to see ...it's not a button, just the words 'rake back' towards the upper portion of the new screen.

Ah -- a straddle, especially on the play money tables -- that probably explains it. Thanks.
