Im pretty new when it comes to rakeback anyways so any guidance is appreciated. I didnt even know that you had to deal with a different website to get it until the other day. Im going to be making a deposit on ACR soon and would like to know the right steps to get things setup. Also is the bonus up to $1000 instant after you deposit or do I need a bonus code or something like that? Thx in advance

not sure I get how to do that. What is the blind level tab? My problem is that when I get somewhat deep in a tourney and go to click previous hand on the table I'm playing at, the previous hand is shown as a previous hand from a different table and it stops storing the most recent hands I'm playing.

Thanks for the response but I don't seem to see anything about rakeback in my rewards tab. All I'm seeing is information about the Vip program and showing my current level and medals. Maybe I'm not connected with the rakeback even though my affiliate is showing I am?

That definitely sounds like the regular VIP program of ACR instead of Rakeback, normally you see an overview of "The Beast" under the rewards tab and there is a link to Rakeback in the upper left just below the Americas Cardroom logo.

When you open previous hands, there is a list at the top that gives you the option to show all hands or filter it by blind level. Usually later in the tourney it shows the early blind level by default for some reason and you have to change it to show all hands.

I am fine, personally, with BBJ tables, but the rake they take out at the lower levels is really abhorrent. They take over 50% of the pot on some hands. If they addressed that, I would play at BBJ tables, but as of now I refuse.

10NL is only eligible for the Bad Beat Jackpot as the amount deducted from the pot is not enough to take a full $0.25. In order to qualify for the Beast you must play 25NL and above.

Anybody else having a problem with tables not opening up? When I click on "open table" for a SNG, the message comes up saying it's taking me to the table, but nothing happens. I usually have to close and reopen the software for it to work.

I started a tournament at 1200 Eastern US time, and around 1305 up popped the infamous warning, and all the tables were shut down. I was 4th of 21 remaining players.

Since you don't show the scheduled tournaments more than a few hours in advance, my plan was to play this one, get some other things down this afternoon, then check this list again early this everying.

Please fix these server problems, and start listing the scheduled tournanets for the next 24 hours (even 12 hours would be nice).

EDIT: Tournament number was 609700.
EDIT #2. I changed my settings to look for tournaments that are running, and I found my table, but it's frozen. Someone responded when I typed in chat, so maybe some people are waiting and others have left, I don't know. A chat message from support to the tables would seem to be in order.

I got the same email (as rakeback player), you don't necessarily have to deposit to get the bonus ... it does have a play through requirement to get released and that is only possible on the real money tables. I don't have a "bonus" tab under Rewards though, the "bonus" is just shown in the cashier under Bonuses and Rebates.
