a big problem that needs to be fixed is that tournaments and sit n go do not give players enough time to play their hands, I feel like you get less than 10 seconds and I often time out while multi tabling. The amount of allotted time is far below industry standard.

That depends on a few different things such as American / non American and what withdrawal method you want to use. Checks to American players are by far faster than Cake and Merge though, I would say a bit slower as Bodog and Intertops but by far more reliable than Merge

Can we please get LESS badbeat jackpot tables? There's not even any microstakes tables offered that aren't BBJ tables most of the time! I'm not a fan of paying extra rake for a microscopic chance of a big payoff.

There are actually some of us out here that don't play -EV games, or, in this case, pay extra rake for -EV opportunities like a bad beat jackpot. I don't buy lottery tickets, I won't play any game where the house has an edge, and blackjack is pointless (because if you're good at it, the casino calls you a "card counter" and kicks you out.)

Yeah I already reported that a while ago, because so far they don't offer any NLO tables. It should be fixed with the next bigger software update, however they may also add NLO tables instead ... . Afaik a cash table filter (similar to the tourney one) is also worked on atm.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but right now I'm using a dell mini as my laptop... When I'm on this the lobbies are not sized to fit my screen and unlike the tables you cannot re-size them. This makes it impossible to register for any tourneys and to view certain info as well. If you could make it possible to re-size the lobbies like the tables it would cure this problem.

why are none of my preferences saved after I close the client?

Every time I log on I have to change from 2 color deck to 4 color, and fix the filters for cash games and tournaments.

Actually for the deck issue, every time I log on it is set to 4 color but only shows 2 color and I have to change it to 2 color and back to 4 color. Its a pain esp if I go all in because I have red cards and there are 3 red cards on board

U only go allin w/red cards? Secret glitch ftw??
