A few oddities that have happened in my time playing on ACR:

1. Every once in a while my options buttons disappear. I see my cards and I'm supposed to act, but I have no buttons and am unable to do anything as my time bank is ticking away. The other day this happened while I had AA in the later stages of a turbo MTT... pretty frustrating.

2. A MTT Guaranteed was cancelled due to "incorrect payout structure" or some nonsense mid-tournament. Several players had been eliminated, but the decision was made to return buy-in to ALL players that had entered with complete disregard to chip accumulation. Is there a standard protocol in such a situation?

My visa worked fine here, it wouldn't work at other American sites. I like the site only thing I can't fiqure out is how to open the tourny lobby for the tourny you are playing in without going back to the main lobby and finding your tourny in the list?

YES! This is the biggest problem on the site. You can't load the tournament lobby from your tournament. You have to go back to the main lobby, make sure the filter is set to show "running" tournaments, and then find it. SO RIDICULOUS.

How are points for the 65K rake race calculated? Are these points the equivalent of FPP's Earned or is there something I'm missing?

lol $500 for a wire wtfffffffffff before it was free, all of a sudden you have to pay $500, doubt this is real.

I would assume this means the minimum you can wire transfer is $500

Hi ACR! I have a question if i cant play the 75K GTD but i won a satellite(FPP tourney) into it can i change it for TD's? Thanks for having such great customer support on 2p2 BTW!

Also when playing heads-up cash games it seems like it hides the villians mucked cards at times when you should be able to check to HH and see them. Am I wrong here?

Nope. The ACR dude clearly said the fee is $500 for a wire. The minimum is $5,000.

$500 or 500,000 FPPs. Better than nothing, but 500,000 FPPs does take quite some time to accumulate.

Race points are calculated like this: rake*1.25

Before players had one free bank wire every month. Right now you can cash out a minimum of $5000 using this method and you can use fpps to pay for it as well: it's either $500 or 500,000 fpps.

Back in the day bank wires were simple and cheap but the story has changed for a number of processing methods as you may know. Right now we can't absorb all the cost of bank wires as they get more and more expensive. There are still other methods you can use if you don't want to pay a 10% fee (or less for higher amounts).

Is it normal for check cashouts to take more than 9 business days from being processed to be delivered? The history says it was sent regular mail on the 9th and I can't think of many places that would take more than 9 days shipping via regular mail.
