just curious, why do sngs only register once every 5 mins? i play quite a few of the super turbos and it gets pretty annoying when i have to wait 5 mins to play another one. everyone would benefit if they ran at a faster pace.

They actually respawn as soon as one started and another of the same type is already available as soon as 1 player registers, the problem so far is the low traffic for the SNG's and thus the waiting time

Not sure if suggested yet but it would be nice if while at a MTT table, there would be a lobby button for that specific tournament as opposed to the all tournament lobby. It can be a pain in the ass to find the tourney you're playing.

Just curious to see if there has been a noticed increase in player traffic since the commercials have aired.

I think this is the biggest question for getting 2+2ers to your site. I too am interested in this site. However I like others, want to know about time that cash-ins and cash-outs take. Sure we can see the ones listed, but we need to know the real average times.

I currently play at ACR and don't receive rakeback. Is there a way I can get rakeback even though I'm already signed up at the site? Also, is there any penalty to receiving rakeback?

Also, I have some comments about the website. I've read some of this thread so some of these may have already been mentioned:

Fix 4 color deck - The setting won't save. Everyday I play I have to reopen options and reselect 4 color deck.

Tournament lobby - There should be an option on the playing window to go back to the registration/information screen for the tourney you are playing in. It would be really helpful when navigating multiple windows. Also, when a tournament starts, what is the point of the box asking you to take your seat? How about just remove the necessity to click yes and just have the table automatically open and automatically seat you? It would be more convenient.

Tournament and sit and go section of website - Why does this have to open in a different window? Can we not get the cash games, sit n go, and tournament sections of the site all on one window? It would be much easier to navigate through the website.

Bet sizing - Please please please round betting size to whole numbers for tournaments and sit and go's and get rid of decimals. Right now players can make bets of, for example, 250.92 chips. Please keep it at whole numbers, it's really annoying. It's unnecessary detail and complicates things when looking at numbers.

Satellites - I played in a punta cana satellite tourney a few days ago. I won the satellite and was automatically placed in the $11 tourney. I was disappointed because I was not given an option to receive a ticket instead. The tournament I was automatically placed in had been going on for quite some time and the blinds were already high. So I was basically thrown in the middle of the tournament with a small stack. That put me at a huge disadvantage obviously. There should be an option to receive a ticket so I can start at the beginning of a tournament.

Rake - I can't seem to find details about rake structure on ACR's main website anywhere. Is this information going to be posted? Where can I get information about the structure?

Overall I've enjoyed the website. If I can receive rakeback I'd like to continue playing there. Thanks!

It might be possible to get rakeback, but normally you have to go through an affiliate that offers a rakeback deal - bonuses are deducted from the rakeback.

Regarding your last post, the following issues are currently being worked on:

- 4 color deck
- better tournament lobby
- bet sizing

Yes, I would say at least 25% more traffic.

Yes all the tables are in USD, have to ask about the rake structure though since I don't know that 100%.

pm the ACR rep. about the rakeback. I think he/she can help you out there.

Bonusses and promotion earnings (Free parking for ex.) are deducted from your rake and on the rest you get rakeback. Pretty sad if i think about the cake times when doyles was still there and none of this shortened your rakeback...

I saw over 5K players playing tournaments last Friday (10/28) during the early evening (6-8 PM EST). However, a large % of these were probably playing Freerolls due to the promotion they had going on in October.

Can someone please post about cashouts? How long is the whole process taking? I don't want to be waiting 3 months to receive a check.

the super turbos actually register really fast, its just the sngs have a 5 minute waiting time from when they are announced and when u can actually register. If this wasn't in place I'm sure they would be running at twice as many per hour.

Thank you for the feedback! Yes, that will be fixed in an upcoming release.

Rake structure can be found here:
http://www.americascardroom.eu/play-...or-real-money/
Click on the rake tab.

Cashout options and times depend on some factors. Most methods take up to 72 hours. Checks of under $1000 can take up to 2 weeks and checks over $100 normally take one week.

Withdraw is interesting. The primary option looks to be a Mastercard debit card through, seven-capital.com. So if I understand this right, I am going to be withdrawing funds to a debit card, $50 minimum the first time, and they take the fee, then mail the card. Then every other time I withdraw it goes straight to the debit card. However, what is the process for getting the actual cash off the debit card, as I don't feel 100% comfortable with some random seven-capital.com banking company? If I go to an ATM, what is seven capitals max withdraw on the card per day?

Does the ACR rep know this amount? Is there any possible way of getting this amount?
when you request a payout, we have the funds transferred to your card. You can then use it to make purchases at retail outlets, or withdraw cash at your leisure. It is accepted internationally. The minimum payout you can request to your card is $25 while the maximum payout would be $2,500. However, you should not accumulate more than $10,000 in your card account balance at any one time.

If you are interested, here are the steps you should follow to get one:

1. Fax or scan/photograph your picture ID
2. Fax or scan/photograph your utility bill
3. Fax or scan/photograph completed and signed form attached

Send us copies of these 3 items via fax to our toll free number 1-888-748-6740 (calling from the US or Canada), or email them to cashouts@americascardroom.eu

Thanks for the detailed response about my question. I definitely like the debit card option for payout methods. I also like that it is international so it works in US and other countries if I happen to be traveling out of the country.

Its nice that I can withdraw anywhere from 25 to 2500 to that card and then cash that out as soon as it hits my account via ATM in USA.

Thanks for the excellent representation. I will definitely be playing on this site in the future.

Can you then redeposit from the debit card? Any fees associated with the card?

Found a new problem...everytime I click on the Rewards tab to see my Free Parking progress, this message comes up...

"Error
Sorry, an error has occurred whilst processing your request.

This can occur when you are not signed in to the client. Please close this window, sign in to your account in the client and try again.
"

I've closed the client and reopened a lot, I've logged out and back in a lot, nothing works. Started probaby 18 hours ago and still hasn't fixed itself. Not a big deal as I have until the end of the month to get it figured out, but I do like to refresh it a lot to see how many points I earned in a session.

Also, is there going to be a FPP store anytime soon where I can turn my points into cash or iPod's or something? Because I've racked up quite a few, but I don't think they have any value other than for satellites which if won don't offer the ability to unregister, so right now they're pretty useless.

As far as I noticed they don't update instantly in the rewards tab and it may take up to 45 minutes before it shows the new and updated amount of FPP's. A store is planned and they are working on it, most likely 1st quarter of 2012.

There are some fees like maintenance, ATM withdrawal fees, etc. I don't have the exact amounts but they can be seen when you get your debit card in the mail.
