They are working on those two at the moment, it was mentioned in the old Doyles thread on 2+2. The other two I don't know, but I am sure the Rep will comment on them shortly.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
Are there any reputable affiliates offering rakeback on ACR yet? Googling results in a few sites that look shady as ****.

39suited is an affiliate there you could try pming him. I tried looking at my normally used affiliate and was surprised to see they hadn't updated with ACR.

Congratulations! Please send your itinerary with the rest of your info to: Info@PuntaCanaPokerClassic.com
The people in charge of the event will help you out with that.

A lot of affiliates are getting their reviews up and requesting for special marketing material. A lot of them will be promoting ACR as soon as November starts.

1) Auto top off is very near the top, we are hoping to have it sometime here during Q4
2) Larger cards are coming with new table redesign project we're working on. Hoping for end of Q4
3) End of Q4 as well
4) This is a security feature that we have installed in case people forget their account is open. We have to have a time out here.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
So I just started playing on the site for the first time today, and I've noticed that if I use the "tile windows" feature with, say, four windows open, rather than tiling them to fill the screen, it shrinks them all down as small as possible. Is there a way around this, or is this another thing that will be fixed in the next software improvement?

Don't think there is a way around this at the moment, but its on the list to get fixed. Right now I usually resize the tables manually but don't play more than 4 until the bug is fixed. Damn "creature of habit" with the one click as well -.-

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
One more thing I noticed after putting in a bit longer of a session, there needs to be a way to prevent tables from grabbing focus every time the action is on you. It makes it very hard to take notes on a player while multitabling when you get pulled away every time you manage to get two words typed.
That said, the software seems very polished in general, so once the Q4 software improvements go through, I think you'll probably have the best software of any site currently serving Americans.

That is already possible. If you are at a table (also as observer), click on the symbol in upper left corner to access the options. Under General -> Game Options there is a check box for "Auto Switch between tables".

Sent the ACR Rep a PM yesterday, and he replied saying he sent the info to someone else higher up. I will post an update in here when I hear back.

I guess someone on Yatahay doesn't hate Pocket Queens as much right now, Bad Beat Jackpot just hit with Queens vs Kings on NL100 ... board Q-K-Q-K-7.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
A few software issues. My auto-buy-in and auto-reload don't work. So, when I log in, I have to max out the table buy in because it always starts me off at the minimum. But it gets worse. The "cashier" button is next to the "OK" button when topping up. If I hit "cashier" by accident, I lose my spot on the wait list and my seat on that table.
So, please get the auto-buy-in and auto-reload working, and don't take my seat if I hit the wrong button.
