Ok, I will be a little more positive. Nice to see a lot of commercials for you guys on TV. Kinda gives a ray of hope that online poker in the US has a chance of some growth.

It is like this on purpose. Supposed to mimic live poker where when you muck a hand it actually is mucked.

Not 100% sure about all deposit and cashout options since I am not from the US. As far as rakeback is concerned, you have to look for an affiliate that offers rakeback on there, if possible with an additional rake race as further incentive. Just ask Uncle Google, he knows (almost) everything.

LOL, someone desperate to get their fix?
Not sure why all affiliates are bull****; most sites don't offer RB directly anyway. Not sure if that's the case with ACR.

Not really, it basically depends on the goodwill of the Rep and would be much easier through an affiliate anyways, now add a private race for some extra boost on top of the 27% rakeback and it is good value.

First of all, in live, the loser of the hand does sometimes show their hand. Second, in online poker, the way it works is that the loser always shows.

I haven't done as much playing recently, but it used to be that some networks did it that way, and some didn't, and that's just the way it was. It had never occurred to me that it was a bug, but just the way the software had been designed. Intentionally.
There is no real way to mimic live poker in this regard. You can ask to see the hand live, but if you do it repeatedly, you'll be quite unpopular at the table, and if you abuse the privilege the floor may eventually say no.

first, youre allowed to ask to see a hand but your pretty much considered a douche if you do so people dont do it. Second, in online poker, the way it works is however they choose for it to work.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
If I qualify for a tournament through a satellite will I still get the points toward the rake race for the tournament that I qualified for?

I don't see anything that would speak against it, since only the participation matters and not how you qualified for it. After all, you still pay the same buy-in as all other opponents as well, right? So yes, you will receive the Points towards the race.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk
Cake had the issue of it not showing mucked cards and then considered it a bug & fixed it.

Live support told me I would not get points for the tournament if I qualify for the tournament because I did not directly buy in, so I want to get confirmation from the ACR rep.
