The tournament side seems to be the worst as far as lag right now.

Registering for a SNG can be a 30 or 40 second wait. Several times today I have tried to register for a heads up SNG with another player already seated and by the time the software finally took me to the table someone else had joined and already played several hands.

My internet is fine and all my other poker software is running correctly.

Good luck with the fix.

I can confirm this as well, the lag started maybe ~2-3 days ago for me.

Didn't there used to be a way to transfer money to other players accounts? I was just trying to and can't find it anywhere, i'm guessing it's gone?

It is still available, if you are logged into the client, select My Account -> Transactions in the main lobby and a new window will pop up. There its listed on the left hand side under Banking -> Player to Player.

I do not know what is causing this problem but it is getting worse and worse. It is not just a lag anymore, it is sometimes up to 10 seconds while you watch the time bar going down hoping you don't get autofolded even though you already clicked your action. On showdown it also is taking nearly 10 seconds for the cards to be revealed which can be very frustrating.
This is something that should be really urgent to you because any new player especially isn't going to be around long if they have to deal with this.

This.

My last hand of the day me and another player got it all in after the flop.

10 seconds for the turn and another 8 seconds for the river.

The board then stayed up for another 6 seconds like it was frozen. And finally the pot shipped.

Seriously it's becoming slower than live.

Time to take this thing down for a few hours and make some improvements.

There are so many SIMPLE things players have complained about over and over that just seem to not get fixed. I'm not an expert but it seems something basic like getting the 4 color deck to work without having to "fiddle" with the settings every time would be a no brainer.

Is this the exact same software from Doyle's Room? Are these bugs years old or did they just come about with the name change?

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk

Yeah man, tonight it was heads up in a tourney and I almost told a guy to hit the auto post big blind button, and then I realized it was a tourney and software was lagging horribad. Ugh...at least my action goes through. The minute I click an action and it fails to bet for me and times out is the moment I leave. I really enjoy this site tho.

Just in the past 30 minutes the site has gotten even laggier.

Getting close to unplayable

Is your site going to be looking to be sponsoring any players on your site in the future? And if so will the marketing team be only interested in the pro's that are house hold names only or will they be opened to any pro's that play on your site fulltime?

Okay, since you posted this three times in a row.

NO. No one is going to want to pay you to play on their site full-time.

Just checked and can confirm it as well, found another glitch though. The Tournament filter seems to have caught the same "flu" as the 4 color deck. Even if you select it after logging in again, the filter doesn't work with your previous settings for MTT's and SNG's and you have to select all again and de-select before it works ... which kinda destroys the advantage of saving filters.

Cache issue within the software?

I have a question for the "Free pARKING" i AM A 33 % RAKEBACK

AND they deduct all the free parking that i earned for that week.... It is like the Free Parking is for only players that dont get rackback... is this fair to us rakeback earners....
