If your still able to find international gift cards then I don't see why not. I cant seem to find any in my area though. When I contacted ACR about this they told me they did but they wouldn't tell me which ones worked.

ACR made good and credited me with the second tourney win. On another note, anyone notice that the hand history stops working and stops showing recent hands when you get deep into a tourney? Also just some feedback, I'm sure its already been mentioned, but can we please have a bigger timebank for tournies?

click the blind level tab and change it to all hands. When you open it later in the tourney it shows the earliest blind level

There is zero logical reasoning for this other then it being 2 diff people. When the account is playing higher it shows no kind of game selection. Right now there are like 15 full 2/4 and 1/2 games going and the account is sitting none of them. Come on, no one who is looking at this logically can actually believe that this is one person on this account.

1. Go on a nasty downswing and have your available balance greatly reduced.

2. Realize you get more points in the beast playing say four tables of 100NL instead of one table of 400NL.

If he's losing money consistently - as it seems he is - this may be a result of his ability to get money on the site.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk

Im sure this has been addressed but I dont want to sift through so many pages. What is a good site that people are using for rakeback with ACR? Im pretty new when it comes to rakeback anyways so any guidance is appreciated. I didnt even know that you had to deal with a different website to get it until the other day. Im going to be making a deposit on ACR soon and would like to know the right steps to get things setup. Also is the bonus up to $1000 instant after you deposit or do I need a bonus code or something like that? Thx in advance

July US Online Poker Payment Processing Report

Americas Cardroom/True Poker A (A)

Americas Cardroom and True Poker continue to impress U.S. players with their quick cashout speeds. This makes seven months in a row that this Winning Poker Network pair received an A- or better. Considering the payment processing challenges in the U.S. this group deserves special recognition. The debit card issues appear to be resolved for most players. These payments arrive in about two business days once the player has a card in their possession. Cash transfers arrive in about two days also. Cash transfers carry a fee of $60-$110. Checks are arriving in 1-2 weeks by courier.

I requested a check on 6/26, and it still is nowhere to be found. ACR Rep or someone, please advise.

not sure I get how to do that. What is the blind level tab? My problem is that when I get somewhat deep in a tourney and go to click previous hand on the table I'm playing at, the previous hand is shown as a previous hand from a different table and it stops storing the most recent hands I'm playing.

When you are earning a reload bonus, it reduces your rake back. Pretty sure dollar for dollar. During my last reload bonus, my rake back was crushed. But, bonus is paid all day long, so it is nice to get paid instantly. If you clear 5 or 10 or 50 in bonus, it's nicer to have it daily instead of weekly.

I did keep track of my bonus cleared on a daily basis. You can see that under the cashier button on the main lobby page. I had to write down each night how much I had cleared so far and compare that to the amount cleared the day before.

Under the "transactions" choice in "my account," you can see the results of every single table session. Personally, I write down my account balance at the end of every night, along with any bonus earned and/or rake back. The change in account balance not caused by rake back or bonus is the result of my poker decisions.

Thanks for the response but I don't seem to see anything about rakeback in my rewards tab. All I'm seeing is information about the Vip program and showing my current level and medals. Maybe I'm not connected with the rakeback even though my affiliate is showing I am?

That definitely sounds like the regular VIP program of ACR instead of Rakeback, normally you see an overview of "The Beast" under the rewards tab and there is a link to Rakeback in the upper left just below the Americas Cardroom logo.

When you open previous hands, there is a list at the top that gives you the option to show all hands or filter it by blind level. Usually later in the tourney it shows the early blind level by default for some reason and you have to change it to show all hands.

I am fine, personally, with BBJ tables, but the rake they take out at the lower levels is really abhorrent. They take over 50% of the pot on some hands. If they addressed that, I would play at BBJ tables, but as of now I refuse.

10NL is only eligible for the Bad Beat Jackpot as the amount deducted from the pot is not enough to take a full $0.25. In order to qualify for the Beast you must play 25NL and above.

For the last 20 minutes I have been sitting in the only SNG under $20 that anyone has signed up for, a $5 DON, and it has fluctuated between 2 and 4 players registered. It's Friday night, prime time, and I can't find a SNG under $20.
I have no idea what the plan was with the systematic destruction of SNGs, but it was successful. If I can't find one on a Friday night, SNGs are officially dead. You might as well remove the category from your site.
This has been forwarded to the Tournament Director. He will comment on this.

We do software releases quite frequently. What in particular are you looking for?

We have lots of affiliate promoting Rakeback and more. You can do a search online and find one that suits you. If you have an existing account, please PM me your username to find out if you’re eligible.

This was fixed a couple of hours after it happened. All is ok now.

This is something we are currently discussing. The possibility is that it could be added to the loyalty program or the Beast. Neither are decided upon, but feedback is welcome.

Re: Official Americas Cardroom Help Desk

Any chance of my Doomswitch getting removed for the rest of the month's Beast challenge? I know I'm not good at online poker and all, but I would need to finish in the top 10 to just hope to cut my lossses in half - maybe.
No more sets over set please, or flop a set and lose to runner-runner 4-of-a-kind.
Sorry Mizzouswimmer, GoG, Duffman, Iliketoplay, and a few others, I can't donate too much more.
