For some reason my filters for cash/tourneys do not save.

Is it my comp or is it the software?

AC's software doesn't save filters.

The filters are not saved yet when you close the software but that is on the list for one of the upcoming software updates.
Both check and debit card work fine as confirmed in this thread here already.

Could someone explain to me how the hand history works?
When I multitable this is error I get when I try to see the last hand.
No game found for this PERIOD on this table. Weird wording?
I've tried all the options. I have changed the number of hands to 50. I've "unhecked" my games only and only sometimes does it work.

What settings do I use to have a basic replay feature with this?

And once again if I bet and get a call on the river and I win and my opponent mucks is there really no way I can see what he called me down with??????

Not yet, no. Will look into my settings for the hand history tomorrow.

lol ya I was wondering about this from the tourney I played Sunday, when my opponent mucked and I couldn't see what he had. Am I right to assume PT3 wouldn't have been able to known his cards ether? I use HEM but it doesn't work with ACR but I might get PT3 if it works. gotta fix this and save our HHs to a file or folder soon.


Also , please please somehow fix all tourneys to have a 5 minute break that starts at 55 past the hour. I know it will be a lot of work but it makes since for all types of players. Even casual players play more than 1 table these days.

- filters never save, have to readjust every time I log in.

- I received a transfer last night that I knew was coming, I recommend sending email to players when account sends/receives transfers. nit picking but I think it is nice to get the email.

- are player funds segregated?

Just finished a session and I have a few more questions.
I'll split them into different posts.

I signed up through a rakeback affiliate. The code I used also granted me a 100% deposit bonus. Is it correct that any deposit bonuses I acrue will be negated by my rakeback? The deposit bonus is paid out at a dollar for every 500fpps correct? Fpps are generated by rake. Isn't 27% rakeback always going to be slightly ahead of fpp deposit bonus therefore negating it completely?

If so, why does the rakeback affiliate offer the 1st time deposit bonus at all?


I've already cleared enough fpps to earn deposit bonus however in my cashier the "bonus cash freed" is still zero.

The rakeback page is tallying however.

Here is another issue with the hand history. This issue also makes navigating the site more difficult than it has to be. Lets say you are playing at multiple full ring tables and you want to see your hand history. When you open up the hand history tab you are prompted to select a table.

Here is the problem: All full ring tables with the same limits have the same name.

So if you are playing four full ring nl 5c/10c you will be asked which table's hand history you want to open.

The problem is they all are named Chromium. What's the purpose of naming tables if there are several tables running with the exact same name?

Here is what I am talking about. This is a snapshot of this with only two tables running.

It's not just full ring at these limits. All tables with the same limits and same amount of seats have the exact same name. Some are bbj tables some are shortstack but they will have the same name.

I have noticed that you cant skip the break (2.5 mins?) in tourneys when its final table.

Does this serve a purpose or has it just been overlooked?

I have cashed out once to test the pay out options. I used moneygram it cost 45 bucks for 400bucks took about 3-4 days. I have another one that im supposed to receive tommorow. I would love to hear someone else if they have received checks or wires and what the time frame was on that 45 bucks a pop for 400-800 sucks.

I'm not sure how it works on ACR, but pretty much every room I've seen that deducts bonuses does so from the rake (not the RB), before rakeback is calculated.

Bonuses are deducted from the gross revenue.

Not all poker networks offer this feature, Yatahay for example has no feature yet to skip the break on final tables - I think Merge does, Cake doesn't either.

I am using PT3 and it does import all hands when the options are set up correctly, you can save the hand history to a folder already. You just won't see the mucked hands of your opponent yet.

This is being worked on and has been reported several times
If I remember correctly this was actually the case before the last software update. Not sure why it doesn't work anymore.

For all affiliate deals there is a first deposit bonus, some networks (Everleaf for example) don't deduct these bonuses from the rakeback ... most however do.

I am an affiliate, but get most of the info from the Rep anyways and the rest is experience as a player.

americas card room biggest joke around tried to deposit 50 to play part of the OOS they approve it for 49.50 but theres no money in my account and tourney is about to start no late reg . so i talk to supervisor he says it ddint go through when i have an email saying it ddi then he charged my card 2.66 cents and said he ddint care about my bussinesss basically

Well thank Bodog for my business..maybe send them a Christmas card for giving your network me as a gift for the holidays with the fiasco they have going on over there with that terrible software. Mentioned signing up before, doing so right now though. Give me a reason to really try out the games on the brand name I first played online poker at again ;-)

I just received a check from ACR. You need to send them a few documents first. Credit card info, utility bills etc. Once I got the email that my cash out was successful, I received my check in 15 days.

Did withdrawing via check involve any fees?

Has anyone kept track of the player numbers on this site? Like, peak/low points? I'm also interested if anyone ever see low stakes plo going on.

So where do the fish come from? Does a micro player have to pay a fee to cash out $50?

there was no fee for cashing out via check. the most players I've ever seen online at one time was about 5,500 players... the most traffic is usually around 8pm-12 eastern time. i like this site ... i usually play 25nl and 50nl and theres usually tables going. if not, i start my own.

anyone know if there is going to be another rake race for dec?

Same as November = 65k, same payout structure as well (top 275 paid).
