If you dont have an utility bill under your name, you have two other options 1) a void check or a bank statememt

Three decent additions to the network included in this release are:

• Auto Post/Wait for Big Blind defaulted on – This means when players sit down they will be set to automatically post and they will be set to wait for the big blind.
• News Window – This is a news window that will keep you up to date on everything you need to know about our poker room or tournaments, initially this window will be fairly basic, but it will grow in functionality over time.
• New Themes Pack – 3 new table backgrounds to the client, 4 new card backs and a new 4 colour deck- this will definitely enhance your view at the tables.

Acr rep: I still havent received any PM from you addressing my debit card payout and new card in the mail. I did the payout on July30th and received a PM about my address being correct but nothing about the debit card.

Is the update still scheduled for the first week of september that will allow Sportsbook players a way to use their FPP's?

I don't see a new 4 color deck so I am assuming this is the same deck from the last update? Either way thanks for the update I love the new themes.

FWIW, I like the time bank situation just as it is. The other sites spoil guys who take forever to make decisions that can easily be made in the allotted time. Rediculous to waste 60 seconds or more on decisions, and in MTTs the bank is just used by "professional stallers" to run the time down.

Instead of fixing the time bank (even if I thought it was important it would be so far friggin down the list of important things to fix, I mean if you are leaving a site because of the time bank there is something wrong with you imo or you are overly dramatic), just fix the 'Alerts' offered. 1/2 the time the site does not make an audible warning when it is your turn to play, so if I am multi-tabling on other sites I miss hands on several occasions. Plus, the alert is a terrible soft sound. Maybe the programmers can visit the revolution network software (or similar) to find what a real alert sounds like

This is not an actual promo, but it's pretty exciting. We will have a page in the ACR.com home page re-directing to TheBeastLive.com website.

The Beast – ongoing promo-, Progressive Points Race but it has changes: This month we will be changing the percentage of the Jackpot Fee, during September, the Jackpot Fee will take $0.17 to feed The Beast, $0.13 is then contributed towards the Cash Race and $0.04 is contributed to the Tournament Race. Are you required to scan a photo ID and utility bill for any first time withdraw or is that only for the Debit Card situation? Reason I ask is I just made a pretty sizable withdraw via check(might as well use a free check withdraw) and the $ was taken out of my account but i didn't receive any email or anything.

There's probably a lot of things wrong with me (overly dramatic at times perhaps being one) as I'm sure many would say there are things wrong with you. Aside from speculating on various character defects it doesn't change the fact that for me the time bank situation sucks. Unfortunately I need more than 12secs+12secs or whatever it is. The alert situation is also pathetic at best as is the fact that tables needing attention don't pop to the front of a web browser or at times even over other tables.

time bank situation is a joke especially if your multi-tabling. Sorry to the people who think its no big deal, not all us take adderall and are able to make quick decisions.

We are not here to waste our time waiting for you so you guys can learn to multi-table properly (or not learn how and take too much of everyone elses time)

I get tired from playing other sites and waiting every single hand for the multi-tablers who are not fast enough, to ruin the game by taking so much time...

I agree with this but there are many times especially in tournaments when I time out after 12 sec even though it says I have a 1 min time bank.

I'm also wondering if I will be receiving a new debit card. They confirmed my address, but no card and it expires tomorrow. Couldn't believe it was only good for a few months when I first got it.

Your way is not the "proper" way. There is a difference to needing 10 more seconds or whatever is rerasonable to make a decision b/c we are multitabling vs stalling on the bubble or whatever your other complaints are. Having multitabled poker for over 6 years, I fall within in the range of what is "proper" by any reasonable definition and I want more time.

May I ask just how many tables you guys are multi-tabling? I mean, I multi-table also, just not 20 at a time

i 2-3 table and probably 2x/week i have a real decision that i need more than 12 seconds to decide on. esp if it's on the turn and i'm debating what i will do on the river if an opp checks/bets etc. i agree that a minute might be too much but 12 seconds is a little short. there should be some way that every xxx amount of hands you play you get 5 seconds of time bank added with it capped a certain amount.
