Stars security was trying to trip me up when I wrote them. They said "We can confirm you two are on the same IP"

I wrote back that I searched my condo high and low and I couldn't find you anywhere, and asked if you were showing up as from Mexico.

Then they get all sneaky and say " This falls under privacy of another player. Due to this, we cannot disclose any further information regarding 'ffguitarguy'. We would suggest you to advise him to contact us directly at his earliest convenience."

HAHAHA I guess that was the part where I was supposed to say, "Oh ok sure, here he is."

Yeah they value customers privacy, but yesterday I get a huge popup that was an email sent to a player and for some reason it got put into an announcement. It listed his email, his name and apparently he had multiple accounts that was combined into one haha.

Just had a bug occur that I hadn't seen before. Tables where I had money in behaved like I'd been disconnected, but other tables were moving fine. Emailed Stars about it and got a standard email about the connection problem being my end but was given some money back as I am a valued customer (woo)

Yes, I used a prepaid but they still wanted me to call from a landline that didn't work. Long story short, yes.
