The Fifty50s and DoNs end when 5 players remain. This is a very good reason for a lower rake charge.

The changes to sit&go rake that are planned will make rake lower overall, but not necessarily for every game type at every level.

I'm curious about this as well. My average DoN length over one particular buyin level, 25k game sample, is actually 1 minute longer on average than the 2k game sample of a particular 9man buyin. I mentioned more about it here. My sample isn't huge for 9mans so I'd welcome others with larger databases to chime in.

Why did they change the display for people to their country rather then city?? I've met/started talking to a bunch of people that live out here by me that I never would have if it was just USA displayed

I dont get the reason for this change

very bad change, also when transfering money now, you dont have their city to confirm, and many people will mistakingly now transfer to the wrong names. One of the worst changes stars has made in recent times.

Well, I got to SNE last year, this year I haven't played that much and I don't know whether I'll go for it again. I'd love being able to make a living from trading, but for the moment I also keep playing.

Re: Official 2011 Supernova Elite pursuit thread

140k

first winning day so far in february, such bullsh*t tho, chipleading a little $33 donkament tonight with 11 left, KK<AK bvb aipf against the 2nd biggest stack (who i barely cover), he flops his ace to drag a nearly 650k pot worth 33% of the chips in play and leave me with a fraction of a bb

shipping that thing combined with my day in the ring would have gotten me back half of what i've lost so far this month

yea yea, blah blah bad beat story gtfo diag f etc, but this month has just been epicly brutal

Re: Official 2011 Supernova Elite pursuit thread

guessing they made that change to address legal issues players might have in some states very good change imo. Regarding making transfers it would be easy just to add a players initials or something of that sort to take its place not that it should be that hard to type a players name correctly in the first place

There are changes planned to sit&go offerings in the coming months. These discussions would be best had afterwards. I expect that players will be pleased with the changes on the whole.

The transfer confirmation process is being reviewed internally for possible changes.
