I think the 2007 was just because of the billionth hand promotion... so they probably won't do anything in 2008

They had the 10-billionth hand promotion in '07.

Many are hopeful that there will be either a 15-billionth hand promotion AND/OR a 20-billionth hand promotion in '08, but Stars hasn't said whether or not this will happen.

They had a double FPP promo both in '06 and '07...I'm positive they'll have at least 1 for the 15Bil and possibly 1 for the 20Bil promos this year. I'm gonna need some visine for those weeks!

I got about 10k VPPs last year from ~100k cash hands last year, mostly 10nl/25nl Gz to those who beat me in a day at 2008

ive actually been keeping notes of hands and what not, seems stars gets close to 20 mil hands a day.... meaning within 30 days we should be at 14,900,000,000 which is when they have started the last promotions....


im really curious if they plan on starting the promotion at 15 bil, and if they do if they are going to do one at 20 bil. Cause two 2x vpp promotions in one year would be just sick

Well, it's double 'Base FPPs' which are actually VPPs, which in-turn double the actual FPP's... Dunno why PS doesn't just drop that 'Base FPP' bit and save a little confusion to some of the noobs.
