like i said i know it's probably premature because many of you will probably change your opinions/feelings about SNE after 7-8 months of grinding

I made SNE last year and it is extremely unlikely that I will try it again this year.
I have not played much online since the first, in fact I only have 2100 VPPs so far this year. I played the PCA and after that went to Vegas and played live for a week or so.
I will maintain my SNE status through March, but it will be tough in April. I will be going to the Monte Carlo event and plan to travel some of Europe for about 10 days after that event is over.
To attain SNE, I played in games and at times that were -EV for me. I determined that had I practiced good game selection throughout the year and played a few less hours - I would have more than paid for the benefits of SNE through increased earnings.
What the SNE chase did help me with was pushing myself to become better at multi-tabling (up to 16 + tables) and to push myself to play more hours. These lessons should pay off in the future.
