They wrote this in one of their updates.

I am investor, already said so. I only hide my name if that's okay with you.

And you can't withdraw??

This is what NoiQ wrote 2nd of January;
1. Login to the BackOffice system with your current username and password.
2. Once you are logged in Click on the Poker tab.
3. There are 3 simple steps that need to be followed.
4. Login to your iPoker client and withdraw all your funds.
5. Login to your new Entraction account and deposit funds through the cashier page.
6. Good Luck at the tables.

See step 4?

You can skip everything and do step 4 then withdraw to your neteller, moneybookers, bank or whatever.

And you can change account from $ to € if you like to in the Backroom (backoffice)

So, please stop with this. It's not the truth and that's irritates me.

Now, perhaps they could have worked harder. I am sure some of them slept
I enquired about 6 weeks ago and NOIQ Support wouldn't tell me that they used XE.com, they were unwilling to give me that information. I have no idea why but that's how it was.

I didn't see where you said you were an investor, however I could easily describe myself as an investor as I have put money on NOIQ's site. So yes, it's fine if you keep your name private, but if you're somebody of importance at NOIQ then you should go further in identifying your role and your motivations. And if you aren't anyone of significant importance then why should anyone pay attention to your answers? As I said before, more clarity would have been achieved if an official representative of NOIQ was in this Thread fielding the questions, much as FTP Doug does for his site.

If this had been done then I would have more confidence in continuing my investment with NOIQ. I have explained in this Thread what I would have preferred NOIQ to do, I understand that it would be close to impossible for them to match the expectations of each individual client, and that many clients will have had far more positive experiences than I. I'm posting to give feedback and to voice my opinion, this is the best platform for it, after all.

I have been unable to withdraw from NOIQ for several hours due to the servers being busy, I explained that already, rereading Step 4 has yet to reduce the server traffic.

NOIQ Support also told me that as I chose for my Back Room to hold my money in Dollars when I signed up, then unfortunately it would have to stay that way.

All of this is true, if that doesn't fit in with how you believe NOIQ to be run, then I don't know what to tell you? I don't expect to be called a liar for giving my feedback. You have access to information that I am unable to obtain through talking to NOIQ Support, then you give this information and act as though I'm being deliberately obtuse.

You've become the official word for NOIQ on poker's largest discussion forum, not a good business decision, if this is indicative of the lack of professionalism throughout NOIQ as a whole, then I don't hold much hope for their future viability.

But a site can offer 30 % flat rakeback or the VIP system.

NoiQ will offer 30 % until 1st of February.

Then NoiQ will offer VIP system. those that have 30 % flat will be moved over to the VIP system.

So, you get rb/vip + first dep. + Race.
my question is it an entraction wide thing, or will you still be able to find 30% + bonus = 55% with none of you requirments.

because it will be a sad day for entraction if you can no longer get that if you want it.

I don't know what other sites will offer.
NoiQ will use new VIP system from 1st of February

Re: NoiQ leaving ipoker

has anyone figured out what the value of the VIP program is, at the higher levels?

I'm not that fond of this change since I spread my volume around a bunch of sites, and so flat-rate RB is much more valuable to me then tiered systems.

It was posted earlier in the thread.

Basically to beat the flat 30% rb you need to be making about $3000 euro's a month in rake(to get like 35% rb). Otherwise your way better off with the 30% rb.

The max. you can get from their "vip" system is 45%. So if you can get the flat 30% + bonus from another site you will be getting 50%(edited from 55% to allow for new points system) which is better than to the very top of the program.

Bascially there isn't really a reason for anyone with less than 3000 euro's of rake a month to even consider playing there. For the grinders at the highest levels if they keep with the rake races there might be come value, but for someone under that mark they would be stupid to play there.

Re: NoiQ leaving ipoker

Assuming the reloads is still 10x from 1. Feb, this
equals to 20% rakeback (not 25%).
Now: €1 in rake = 2.5 VIPs
1. feb. : €1 in rake = 2 VIPs

If reloads come in addition to the VIP program, this
change can be better if they have no upper cap for
rb. The cap now is that VIP Gold + bonus can't be
higher than 60% per month.

Re: NoiQ leaving ipoker

I forgot about the points change and bonuses only being worth 20% thanks.

Kind of wierd time for entraction to be making things worse considering they have picked up traffic in the last few months.

if noiq gave regular reload bonuses this would change the picture but fastup gave the impression reload bonuses weren't part of their plans.

Re: NoiQ leaving ipoker

I like the way it is with 30% rb + bonus = 55% rb
I like to play SNGs at multiple sites, and even
tough I enjoy the 6max at entraction, I won't
play so much there to make the new VIP programme
worthwhile.
