Hello,

I m playing online poker for a living now since May 2013. It is my only source of income. I am living in the Netherlands. I was wondering if I have to tell the Belastingdienst what my income is, and do I have to pay taxes? I am also wondering why I am typing this thread in English instead of Dutch, lol.

I hope I can get some helpful answers from some Dutch poker pros.

I just got a letter from the Belastingdienst saying that I have to pay Dutch taxes for live winnings in 2012 in tournaments played abroad, where they saw the results in hendonmob!

What happens if I dont send them my information about my income? Because they are not allowed to check your bankaccount, what will they do?
