I have sent a pm to you with my name
I have also had a email saying my account is now restricted from the casino.
I still cannot login to the poker site, and have just spent a long time on the phone to Victoria in support, who says i have to send a email to the poker manager to get my account reinstated after requesting it to be closed.
She even read out my original email saying casino and games only, not poker and betting. Apparently there is no way to speak to a manager on the phone, and if i want to complain to somone else about 888 poker i have to do it to a manager at 888. She didnt know of any regulatory body or gambling commission that regulated the gaming, and could not provide any information about third party arbitration.
Also when you contact support on the phone one of the ways to identify you is by asking for letters from your password, this means your employees have access to our passwords. In all emails from 888 it states not to disclose this information to anyone, and if somone asks for it please contact member support and report it.
